and one without bacon. They returned the one without bacon and came back so fast that it was obvious they don't cook bacon to order. It was also obvious that the burgers were just slapped together. The patties in both burgers were dry and overcooked. For burgers costing $29 each we were very disappointed.

This is embarrassing for the chefs! Avocado on toast needed a steak knife and it was nearly black because it hadn't been stored properly, the salmon was out of the tin not slice was mushy no seasoning and room temperature will never go back. The only thing that was good was eggs

Waited 45 mins to receive 3 of the five meals we had ordered. 20 mins later we still had not received our food and had to ask for a refund. I am pretty sure they gave our food to another table. Left the pub feeling both angry and hungry. Will never return!

Extremely disappointed came out to have lunch with Mother and Brother only to have one meal was missed and they said they couldn’t find the order for it. Demanded a refund won’t be back again

Went for mid winter Xmas lunch. Was supposed to be a spit roast of Pork. When we arrived Pork was on the spit but looked like it has been just put on and would not be ready for a 11.30 lunch What we got was roasted fatty pork belly. More fat that meat. Vegies were only partly cooked. Could not even cut the carrots and parsnips. Lunch for 4 was served in a wooden tray with no serving utensils. Server said she would go and get some tongs by the time she arrived back with we had served ourselves with our knifes and forks. We tried to order a glass of mulled wine with our vouchers only to be told it got used up the day before and no one had made any more. If you don't have it don't advertise it For $49.00 this was a terrible let down of service and food

Rudley told to wait as she was serving another customer, first time for bad service there on our weekly trip, hopefully it's just the one member of staff, definitely went downhill from the big upgrade, but the food is great and its in a beautiful location

Terrible service – Wish I could negative star. Terrible customer service. Particularly from management. After waiting an extended time we realised our order had been misplaced. Then somehow they forgot about us AGAIN. We ended up asking for a refund and leaving. We didn’t want them having our money.

Average food above average atmosphere – Went NYE for lunch, first time since the beautiful renovations have been done, gorgeous pub, the food is still very ordinary which was disappointing, had the lobster and prawn pasta, tasteless, Barramundi was overcooked and not fresh. Maybe a new chef for the new Reno’s ?

Not good – Very disappointing that you would not allow my daughter and her friends eat there because they where 17 please explain

Terrible food ! – Went to this restaurant for a Christmas Eve get together. The food was just awful ( not even Christmas Food ! ) We were a big group, all ordering something different, but every one of us, without exeption said the food was terrible. My piece of eye fillet steak was as tough as old boot leather ! Next year, we will be going somewhere else !
