Bought the Lifespan Amber 3 Double Belt Timber Swing Set. The timber is cracking, splintering and flaking after only a couple of months. The seller says this is normal.

No fire pit, no care factor from this retailer. They use Global Team Express - like Best Backyard, TGE also do not respond. Fire pit ordered 2August, despatched 5 August, still not delivered. Response from Best Backyard was that have contacted the courier (TGE) but haven’t had a response- “they will let me know when they do”. “They have no control over delivery time frames. “ Even though they advertise quick delivery. You can’t speak to them directly, have to leave a message with your issue and then someone with email you. Then you have an email chat with a bot or a human (if lucky) but never a direct conversation with a human. They take your money, supposedly send goods, then you are totally on your own!

Useful storage box & really impressed with service – I really like the storage box I purchased (its big enough to fit all my cushions and pool things inside and keep them dry) but what I'm really impressed by is the service I received. There was a problem with the delivery (the courier's fault not the Best Backyard) but they kept me updated and ended up sending out a replacement which arrived very quickly. Rare nowadays to receive such good service.
