Very Rude – They were very helpful and keen to provide me with a new mower. That is where there good service ended. I paid upfront for an overpriced ride on mower (to support a local business). It was on the shelf to be delivered. It never did arrive and after 4 phone calls over 3 weeks and them Not returning my calls or, putting me on hold for 35 minutes (I hung up). I finally sent an email asking for my money back which they did the next day. PS: Go somewhere else!

Appalling and aggressive Customer Service – Myself and my father in-law visited to purchase a replacement primer bulb for my edge trimmer. No interpersonal skills displayed by front counter rude male employee who obviously couldn’t care for your business and was non inviting for anything but confrontational discussion. Glad to leave as quickly as we could. We won’t be back. You really do feel from the minute that you enter the small shop front cash register salesroom that it is in no way inviting with employees just staring at you continually as if you should not have walked in at all. A poor retail experience from all considerations. At the end of sale the employee just says “next thanks” to others in the room as he hands the receipt to yourself.
