I had a terrific experience with The Chair King. They were a pleasure to deal with on the phone beforehand they came to my place and repaired my chair for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.
We have an expensive 20 year old Harvey Norman recliner which no longer reclined. The office staff (Jenni) and the repair man (Cameron) were both excellent. Everyhing went really well. Very reasonable costing. I am writing this in the reclined position! Totally recommend Chair King.

Amazing service! – I had a problem with a new chair I bought from elsewhere, and Scott from The Chair King came within 1 business day, and was able to fix the problem in 5 minutes without any charge. Imperssive!

6 Months of Atlas Headrest use and I'm loving it! – A bit of background, I do IT and I use this 8 hours daily! The Atlas Headrest is the best for your Aeron and The Chair King (www.thechairking.com.au) is its best supplier in Australia, hands down. Atlas stays in place when you need it to but also hand adjustable while sitting on your Aeron, an apparent issue with its competitors. The two tightening knobs does a great job to help you set the right tension in such a way that it stays in place yet still adjustable by hand! I’ve used this for over 6 months now and the more I use it, the happier I am with my Aeron. I also heard about hair getting stuck with the other headrest brands but not with Atlas, I never had a single hair pulled by the mesh on this Atlas! It’s just so good, I can now finally take a quick power nap on my Aeron without using my arms to support my head while reclined! I’m really glad that I did a thorough online research on what’s the best headrest for my Aeron and my research efforts surely paid off. If you’re in Australia, I purchased this from The Chair King. Three things I like about them, fast local delivery, after sales support and better pricing compared to getting it overseas!

Office Chair Sales, Parts, Repairs and Service – I needed to repair my wifes Office Chair as the base had failed and the gas strut was dragging on the floor as the chair was about 11years old. The rest of the chair was still in fairly good condition. I contacted The Chair King via email, though they do have a telephone contact, but as I am Interstate to them, I was unable to phone them direct, so I emailed them.
I got a reply the same day with the answer to my question and after a couple more questions that they patiently answered, I placed an order for the components to make the repairs to the chair myself.
The chair components are of good quality and they were a fair price. Three days later I had the components and I did the repairs to my wife office chair and its all good again.
I cant thank them enough for their prompt replies to my questions and their patients.
I can highly recommend them should you want to purchase the parts from their Online Shop and do the repairs yourself or request for their onsite service.
I hope to be able to support their Business again in the future.
