Worst company I've ever ordered from – I ordered a dress in January after seeing an ad on Facebook. When I send an email to the company (they operate under various names) in China, their reply always says "coming in a few weeks and please have a $5 gift for your trouble". I always reply asking them to cancel the order and refund the money. I've sent this message SIX times but each time they give me the same reply. Don't order from this company. You'll lose your money and not get the purchase.

customer service and quality product – machinist error on dress, took it to shop: excuses from assistant: accused of washing it,should have called as soon as I saw it, wore it again after I saw it; etc etc-all irrelevant: faulty according to their own website and Fair trading- exchange or refund; on the back of the dress I didn't see it, and washing does not alter the stitching. What's worse, why I hadn't called earlier, been in and out of hospital, so I was angry then as well, such poor service. I've seen other reviews and complaints that the garments fall apart- that would be why, sewing on the selvage.

I would have liked them to just say sorry, we'll make sure this doesn't happen again, appreciate you letting us know, and stitch it! Simple! I'd still be able to buy their dresses, now I'm repulsed
