You can tell they really know their stuff — it’s not just about selling clippers, it’s about making sure you get the right gear and support for your needs. So grateful for their knowledge and care. Make sure you get a receipt when leaving items to be repaired – I left my clippers to be repaired and received a phone call from them saying they would have to wait on spare parts which could take a while and could be costly. I went to pick them up as I hadn’t heard from them and they told me there was not any record of the clippers being left nor could they find them. They refused to admit to any phone call made. I am so certain and asked them to look at the phone calls made but they will not.
