Good Product with Exceptional Service – The curtains are well made and the customer service is excellent. These days good customer service is rare. The Curtains Department provide one on one service. They are happy to help you explaining how to measure etc and then will go through everything with you by phone before you place the order. The product is good and the pricing is very competitive. Fabulous Sheer Linen Curtains – Just love love the Linen curtains, my only regret is I didn’t take an extra 15 mm off the length, as even after measuring and checking 3 times they are just skimming the floor and I would have preferred them to be a smidge shorter. Show reply

sets of doubles (blockout in noble and sheer in Burano) and one sheet (in burano). We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the stitching and the seams, the fabric, the look. We bought them with the 20% off sale and are over the moon with the quality for that price. They were very easy to DIY instal as we just put the YouTube instructions on our tv as we did it. I would definitely recommend the curtain department and will be using them for our spare rooms soon.

Looks amazing – New curtains look amazing and finish off the bedroom perfectly. The entire process was so easy. Beautiful curtains, simple process – Can't fault the experience or product. The website is intuitive and easy to follow. The samples were sent promptly and made our choice or fabric and colour easy.
