door. The Door Store also made a new door frame for this entry. I was disgusted with I saw the frame because it was made from bits of wood spliced together. Anyone can buy full length pieces of wood from Bunnings. The quality of product supplied by The Door Store is Third World. Avoid The Door Store.

Advertise open till 3pm then close at 1 – Advertised open until 3pm on New Years Eve arrived at 12.58 pm after driving over an hour only to be told “we are closing now” apparently as they had been quiet decided to close 2 hours early. Want 100% payment upfront!! – Went to The Door Store today. Very helpful gentleman, patiently answered my questions. But then told that I would have to pay 100% upfront before they even come to measure! No way will I do this. Maybe they are going broke and are trying to stay afloat? Massive thanks to Mr Baron – What an incredible company ! I had issues with another door store who gave me a door and lock that didn’t work and that was a generic lock meaning anyone could access my door with their own key, the company I bought it through constantly dismissed me refusing to help saying it wasn’t possible. company I got my doors from and the door store replied to my email first thing as there shop opened in the morning and we’re on the ball willing to help me, that’s then when we realised I in fact didn’t buy from them so I tried contacting the shop I bought from and I got no call back. I then spoke again to the door store and Mr baron went above and beyond to help me rectify an issue that wasn’t even caused by his company !!! He sent out his own lock Smith and replaced my locks at no charge. I can’t believe the generosity of this man and this company, to spend money and help someone who has not bought a thing through your company is so kind. Will definitely recommend you in future.

BE AWARE – After spending over $1,000 on locks.. not one of them works properly. They don’t seem bothered and even hung up on me when I complained about my door not closing and it being unsafe. They refuse to tell me who ge owner is and said if I don’t keep quiet hey will just hang up on me again. They’re nice when they’re trying to sell but god forbid you… Read more

Rubbish products and even worse customer service!!! Absolute joke of a company!!!

Be aware guys and dont buy from them!!

1 Star because I can’t give them less.

Terrible customer service – Told my door would be ready in a week. 2 weeks later having heard nothing I went back in to be told it still wasn't ready! Sales staff didn't seem bothered! 1 star simple for ok pricing! Will never use again and recommend noone else does

Very dissatisfied – I was very dissatisfied with the service I received from The Door Store Moorabbin. I paid $280 for 4 power industry padlocks and was sent standard locks which they are yet to refund, they then offered to sell me 4 more power industry locks at $110 each, I have since bought the correct locks at Bunning’s for $63 each. Very poor service
