Never received delivery - disappointed. I will know next Christmas not to be fooled by site.
The same thing happened to me as the previous posters! What they are showing on their website site is NOT what you will get! When you contact them about the issue, they say you received the correct item. They will not refund my money and refuse to admit the item is not as shown on their web site. Isn't this false advertising? Can't something be done to them for this? Since other posters had the same experience, I doubt the company even has the item they are displaying on their website. BUYER BEWARE!!
Follow-up · They did not send me what I ordered. I ordered the barn with full bodied farm animals that made their actual sound. What they sent was a barn with the heads only of farm animals that did not make animal sounds. When I contacted them, they said they sent me the correct item! What they sent me wasn’t even on their website, so I’m sure it didn’t cost anywhere near the $30 I paid for it. Needless to say, they stopped responding to my emails and I’m stuck with this knock-off version of what I ordered. They can only be reached by email, no phone number is provided, so you never speak to a live person. Buyer beware!!
I ordered the fold out barn with animals that made real animal noises!! What I recieved was a bucket type barn with animal heads one of which rattled and the others had a crinkle sound or squeaky when squeezed. False advertising!!! When I complained they said that was what I ordered and no refund or exchange!!!! I even sent pictures to prove it Elsa’s nothing like what they advertised
Follow-up · Still no progress they are saying I got what I ordered!! Now ignoring my emails!! I give up !!!!
WATCH OUT FOR THIS SUPPLIER ON INSTRAGRAM &/OR FACEBOOK!! Looks Cute Online, But What You Get Is a Complete Mismatch! I bought and paid for the item shown in the first image (animals with legs and sounds), but received the one in the second image (no bodies and no sound). I was also told the product hadn’t been shipped and that the product “may alter.” Clearly, that means they’ll send whatever they decide and won’t refund you, not what you actually ordered.
Follow-up · Contacted the supplier many times and sent images of what I received compared to advertisement, they said was the same i.e . One has legs and makes sound, mine didn't. No refund offered, terrible to deal with.
