Worst customer service ever. I wish I could give a minus score. Same as many others have said here. Go anywhere else but this mob. RUDE. RUDE, RUDE when you call to check your account. I'm glad to be an EX-customer!
%100 a scam, extorts more money from you after you book like everyone wish I read these reviews beforehand. Google should be ashamed to let obvious scammers advertise. I will report to google and everyone else should do the same. The absolute Jerk named Andy also runs another scam by the name "bookabin" which also needs to be shut down.
Worst ever - hidden cost that wasn't expected and rude in dealing. I didn't search for them, searched by cheap bin and this came up, AND they are not even cheap. My biggest mistake. Wish I could give 0 star.

The owner is an absolute ANIMAL!!!! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT HIRE FROM THESE MONSTERS!!! – The skep was a bit over the line and was charged $180 excess! But quite frankly, it’s not my main reason for writing this review! The owner called me while I was work! And was absolutely RUDE to me on the phone! Said I was DUMB and other fowl words that no one should ever receive as a customer My goodness, I’m horrified!!!

Garden bag – They claim a garden bag dull if grass clippings is to heavy to be picked uo and out on a truck so they charged us 25$ to pick up a steel frame and leave the full garden bag behind when we rang he told us we were lying and we still owed them money when the acn says zero he repeatedly hung up on us 14 times and told us to keep the bag

Great service for Skip Bin Hire – I recently hired a 6 cubic metre Skip Bin from Easy Gardener. The skip bin was delivered early and exactly where i wanted it and it was removed when it said it would be. Nice and simple process just as you want it. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a skip bin.

Great service – Easy online ordering service. Skip arrived on time. Great communication. Walk in bins are the best. So easy to use. There were clear guidelines as to how to use the bins.

The guy is a moron – Don't bother with this company. This guy was a moron as soon as he answered, wasn't interested in finding out what I wanted, told me to go somewhere else and he was sick of getting ripped off.
Never ever order again – What a rude person n business. My very big mistake was that I didn't check these reviews. I don't want to give you a one star. Even that's a waste. Never ever order again!!

Con artists at work in Brisbane – Bloody con artists for sure. Got told the bin I hired was over by 550kg at the tip at $99/100kg an extra $550 bucks they are demanding me to pay! Im happy to go to court with this bunch and dispute the extra charges. If they want to charge for extra weight, then they should fit the bin with a weight-measuring device. THIEF – I used this service for 17 mths, I hired the large waste bin on a bi-monthly pick up at $22 per pickup. questioned it and never got a reply.. I decided I would end my association with this company and stated my last pick up would be my final .. My account had $33 still on it!. On final billing ,they charged me the $30 instead of the "now" updated cost of $26 No notification given. Again I questioned it and asked for a refund of $7, but got no reply. . My account know reads that I am -$27 so effectively in the red... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO INTERACT! DO A PAY AS YOU GO... Better still! Get a bin from your local council, and you only pay a small yearly fee for the service, I now use my local councils large bin, and it gets emptied fortnightly...

The Easy Gardener what a great business – This business is just a bloody joke. Seriously, I decided to pay by direct debit as credit cards charge an extra surcharge. Then, I got a text and an email asking me to install the app, which is fine. Two minutes later, I got a call from the owner or whoever, asking me why I didn't pay and called me a 'doggy people.' Hahaha, WTH. If you're asking people to pay upfront, then remove your direct debit options.
NASTY and a RIP-OFF – The guy [Name Removed] who runs this business is a lunatic. Untrustworthy, and gets real nasty when you cease his service. Goes by different names beside The Easy Gardener and 4-Waste. Don't go near them!

deliverer of the skip bins is even worse, he treats you like you’re dumb, shows up, dumps the bin whilst muttering something abusive and then drives away. Bad customer service, bad at dealing with people and I’m unsure how they’re in business. I picked them because they are indeed a few dollars cheaper than competition, but I so wish I’d paid $20-30 more and gone with somebody else. I’ve hired skip bins many times from other vendors and never had a bad experience. This one certainly opened my eyes to checking reviews before hiring. They added a whole lot of additional stress to moving house that I’d rather not have had. To be somewhat fair to them, there were a couple of positives - they are very timely, and the bin provided was exactly as promised (after a lot of pain).

Dodgy – This guy is a nutter, he trades under numerous business names. You order and pay for a skip, he cancels it and then says he doesn’t deliver to your suburb and refuses to refund the money. He trades under Skip Bins Brisbane, 4Waste, The easy Gardener, Walk in Skip Bins and bags and who knows how many more.
If I could give 0 stars, I would – I was told upon delivery that if I went a bit over the ‘line’ then it was fine as long as it was under weight as that’s how they have to pay for it - by weight. Don't use this company. Rip off – Overcharging, when bill is paid up. And you cancel the service they send another bill saying if it's not paid in three days they will assume you still want the service. This email was sent 7 days after the date stated in the email. The worst – Don't use this company. The absolute worst place I have dealt with. Guilt trip into you staying with them. Don't pick up you bags on the date specified. Also really bad customer service.

info@4waste.com.au, proof of payment, photo proof of condition of frame and 2 empty bags, the text message it sent demanding payment and threats to refuse to cancel service, proof of reneging on his texted date of pick up and the atrocious review history, clearly showing repeated patterns of verbal abuse, over billing, refusing to cancel service and standover tactics. I hope this information will be of help to anyone currently experiencing problems with this rogue. Fair Trading is aware of this business due to past complaints as is the ACCC and they can assist. Just remember, no one that runs a business they way the owner of Easy Gardener Services does can expect to stay in business, eventually the chickens will come home to roost. Unprofessional and Rude – Common theme is this owner is rude and in our case this was no exception. Found this company to be poorly managed, extremely rude and he obviously likes to hang up on his clients. Would avoid at all cost.

I booked a bin for delivery one day and then to be picked up the next day ... It was impossible to get any sort of idea of when the bin was to be delivered ... they just kept referring me to their App which didn't have any time even shown .... now I've been waiting 2 xtra days for them to pick the bin up .. and again you can contact them all you like but no response ... I can't get my car out of the driveway to go to work because the bin was supposed to be gone by now ... in the mean time its been raining and everything is wet which is making more of a mess and no-doubt pushing the weight limit up too ...
Don't use BOOK-A-BIN as they referred me to this mob .. its a scam and I am going to organise a tow truck to drag their bin into the middle of the road tomorrow if they don't show up. ...can't believe this sort of company stilll operates and I intend to do my best to make sure they don't for long.
Absolutely disgusting service – They don’t pick up the bag and then charge for it. When trying to discuss, the owner is rude and hangs up the phone. My invoice was doubled every time. Disgraceful.
Scam service – They work with another company You book on bookabin pay the invoice with all information on it, then this company will email you a new invoice and new set rules.

It's not about the money that I am unhappy, it's about the deception and rudeness, I don't understand why they still exist? were deleted without any apology. After our council then offered a much cheaper green service, I gave Easy Gardener a months notice and asked for the final bill. We paid up, received a zero account balance. They offered us a discount to stay with them. We said No Thanks. Now suddenly The Easy Gardener has added extra charges and refused to close our account. Sadly had to bring in legal advice and reported their practises to ACCC. Please look elsewhere, so many genuine and honest businesses out there.

Both the phone message and the website have different operating times for the office hours so after getting frustrated with this I sent an email with my request followed by yet another phone call and the person I spoke to in regards to ending the service and finding out how to get my money returned that I was in credit was rather rude and arrogant with no phone etiquette.
