Re The Executive Inn, New Lambton, part of the Wests Group. If paying $345 a night you expect to have clean towels in your room. On checkout I took the dirty towel down to reception and told the woman on desk that this was not satisfactory. Her response “I will ring Housekeeping”. She didnt even ask what room I was in. Care factor zilch.
