Great durable pram – Have been using over a year without any issues. My son nearing 5 years old and autistic favoured this over any others I have purchased. Great price and quality. Easy to steer and many storage sections for shopping and travelling items. Highly recommend!! If only this was available for the older dependent child. Having to upgrade as my son has outgrown in length.

Not the best choice of pram to have – Had this pram for 3 months, and I am already upgrading. It seems most people here have had problems with the wheels, as have I. They squeak all the time, and I feel the front wheels have a mind of their own! Hard to maneuver at times. Easy to fold and store though, and it's nice to have the option of switching the seat around.

Dangerous And Embarrassing. Do Not Buy! – Bought this pram over a year ago and have had nothing but problems with it from the get-go. It locked up on an escalator once and tipped over, nearly rolling down the escalator (very scary). The wheels constantly squeak no matter how many times we've tried to fix them and forget about trying to get over a curb/small bump in the road, you will have… Read more

to lift the entire pram up and over it.

Also, though it supposedly has a 20kg weight limit, my 15-month-old is now too heavy to use it (apparently) because when she sits in it, it will sometimes violently recline forward further than it is supposed to.

Do yourself a favour and save your money for a better pram, we finally upgraded and I can't believe we put up with this nightmare contraption for so long.

Don't buy! – We bought this via Emmas diary offers thinking it was affordable and a nice looking pram! We have used this for only 3 weeks and it is terrible! The front wheel doesn't touch the floor and has a mind of its own which effects the pram from going straight! The back wheel makes a loud squeaking noise which is embarrassing when we took our baby out… Read more

one time. To stop the noise we had to put oil on the wheel! Also, the hood of the pram doesn't stretch over far enough which means the sun gets onto our daughters face! We have to cover her completely with a blanket when in the sun! What is the point of this pram?! It is a hindrance! I have attempted to find a number for Indigo so that I can have this issue addressed and get a refund but have failed to find one!

We will now have to buy a new pram!

My advice, spend more money and buy a decent pram which you will enjoy using!

Decent and affordable – I've had the pram for just over 6 months. Easy to use and not had a problem. I've had no issues with the wheels like many of these other reviewers but wish the sun cover was bigger. I love that it can be changed from parent facing (our go to) and forward facing (when we are sitting). It's lightweight and easy to switch.

Useless – I have this indigo pram, great at first was so excited for my girl as she loves being up and seeing everything but now the tires squeak everytime I turn a corner. The red lever to remove the seat snapped off and now have to use a key to remove it. Would like a replacement but we all no it won't happen

Useless!! – This is THE most useless pram I have ever used! I can barely wheel this around my house the wheels jam up and cant take the weight of itself. Why this hasn't been recalled yet is beyond me. I have never even been able to leave my house with it it is inferior and embarrassing. Do not purchase! bought because of price and colour This pram is a safety issue!

Whyy has this not been recalled – I bought this pram on a whim and now regret my choice after only 6 months. The wheels are squealing and are starting to jam up which is a danger to my daughter. The sun cover is far to small as well. I do like the large under tray and having bub face me. bub can face me, large under basket. wheels are dangerous, wheels squeal, sunshade is tiny.

Terrible – Feels really flimsy and cheap. Second time I used it the wheel started to squeak. Doesn't flow very well and I wouldn't dare go out for a walk with it! No suspension or any kind of protection for bub. Absolute bucket of cheap plastic! Don't bother wasting your money! Save a little more for a better brand! You get what you pay for! Grey colour makes a change from traditional black prams Everything!

Terrible wheels! – After reading the reviews I was stubborn to still purchase this as I thought the features were wonderful. Also thought I might get lucky and get a good one. Boy was I wrong! Fell in love with the pram's features instantly but after using it twice just in the mall the wheels started to squeak and soon enough the wheels buckled up. The reviews were… Read more

right that this is really dangerous! The first years should really do something about this issue. I would pay more for price if only they can fix the quality of this pram! Great concept poor and flimsy materials!!! Concept, height, basket Flimsy material, terrible wheels!!!

Do not buy it! Wheels are dangerous! – I foolishly purchased this stroller twice! I loved it and my first one was faulty and I received a refund from Big W for it. But I loved its features so much and especially for the price that I bought it again from Deals Direct. What is great about it is that the seat capacity is 22.5kg which is great, the seat is tall and comfortable. It is… Read more

very light making it so easy to move around and get in and out of a car boot. It reclined wonderfully but also sat perfectly upright which my little one loved. It also sits up high which they love.

The hood is not very useful but you can purchase an extension if this is a problem I use a muslin wrap.

The storage basket was a good size.

Why I am recommending that no one buy this pram is the wheels are dangerous. On both strollers the same thing happened. The wheels first became squeaky then the front wheels started playing up. The wouldn't steer properly and they buckled and would scrape along their guards meaning the didn't turn properly.

Because of this on one occasion when I was trying to go up a kerb the wheels buckled badly and would not move, a car was coming and I had to lift the stroller onto the foot path before my son and I were hit by a car. This was the worst case but there were plenty of other times when I had trouble getting it moving while walking. I also don't mean taking it up and kerb where you would normally lift your stroller I mean the kerb where they have slanted the concrete for prams and wheel chairs that any stroller should be able to glide up with ease.

Very dangerous don't risk it!!!

If they would just correct the wheel issues this would be a great, well priced pram. Such a shame as I loved everything else about this pram especially for the price.

If you like this stroller I would recommend the Baby Jogger City Versa, I know it is expensive but all baby stores that sell it offer lay by and it is great quality with wonderful customer service. Tall and reversible seat, well sized storage basket, great weight capacity. The wheels are DANGEROUS!

Terrible Wheels! – Loved this pram when I first got it, was amazing! Until a week later the back wheels started to squeak now 2 months later the front wheels have started to jam! Makes its so hard to turn the pram and quiet embarrassing when your walking through a shopping centre and you pram is squeaking like its 50yrs old! Really not happy!

disappointing! – At first i loved this pram as my daughter sat up high in it-which she loved, i loved the 22kg weight limit and huge basket underneith. However wasnt long before the wheels starting squeaking, wd40 only fixed it temporarly. Then the front wheels started jamming up and buckling, lost count how many times the pram almost tipped over! I had this pram… Read more

replaced twice with exact same issues, ended up getting a refund. Overall has a few good features but the negatives make this pram disappointing. seat is high up, huge basket. tiny front wheels-jammed up, buckled and sqeaked.

For those who love to have their babies facing them - plus loads more! – So I have recently purchased a 'The First Years" stroller and overall am quite happy with it. Here are a few of the pros and cons that i will share with you to help you make your decision too. PROs: - It can be either front or parent facing, which i would have to say is one of my favourite things about this pram! It makes a morning walk, or… Read more ·  1

doing jobs at the shops that much nicer for your little one when they can see your face and you can see them! It is easy enough to turn around and can hold up to 22kg.

- Lightweight (9.9kg). Great for your back! Comes apart in 2 when folded which means it is very compact and will fit into small boots!

- Large under carry basket. Great for that large nappy bag and whatever other goodies you can fit into it.

- It has this great storage compartment for a wallet and phone near the handles with a zip - making your belongings much safer.

- It's great for walking on smooth surfaces such as footpaths and shopping centres.

CONs:

- It has a very small sun-shade. I rectified this problem by buying a sun-shade attachment (for about $30 on the internet) This would have to be my biggest disappointment with this pram.

- It does not lay completely flat. Its design is very similar to that of a car seat. My baby is still more then happy go sleep in it.

- The wheels were a bit squeaky when i first got it, but a quick spray of WD40 solves that problem.

- The front wheels do tend to buckle when going down gutters ect so it's best to go down back wheels first.

- I use this pram for walking/jogging on smooth surfaces only (bitchumen and footpaths) It is not designed for rough surfaces!

Having done some research on different prams, this pram is a great light-weight option. I love taking it out and about and its super stylish as well. My 6 months old loves it and with its 5-point safety harness and safety bar your child is super secure

Worst wheels – I was extremely happy initially to have this stroller but after a month of use wheels started making noise. Oiling the wheels helped reducing the noise initially. After about 6 months it became impossible to turn the stroller..wheels just jam and start to buckle. I had to just lock the front wheels in the straight position and to turn the stroller… Read more

now requires us to lift the back wheels and rotate the stroller. Unfortunately, while everything else is great in the stroller, the terrible wheels just makes it a useless. In the market now to buy a different stroller now. Stay away from this one. Good looks, Reasonably priced, Big basket, Reversible bassinet Terrible wheels

My wheels have started to do the same...as soon as we go down a bump or try to turn they just lock up the only solution is to lock them :(

Great value – This stroller is great value, so many features for very little cost. My 10month old loves facing me in the reversible seat and my 3 year old who always walks can even get in because its made to hold a massive 22.5kg. I was also very impressed with how it looks, I think it looks better than the photos. It is also quite narrow so its easy to push… Read more

around town and light so its easy to get in and out of the car. There is also a huge basket that is easy to access however you have the seat positioned and a parent console. The seat can be reclined to three positions when its both forward and rear facing. It lays almost flat so it is suitable for newborn.

PROS

Looks great

reversible seat

narrow

light

huge basket

parent console

easy to fold

CONS

doesn't handle bumpy ground

the wheels sometimes make a bit of noise

the canopy isn't very big

Overall this is a great stroller for the price.

Excelent stroller – What an excelent stroller, perfect from newborn to approx 22 kg. Its nice for bubs to be able to face the parents especially when they are very young. Very light weight which is perfect for me as I dont want to break my back. Bought online from deals direct, very happy with the purchase.
