impressed every time. The packaging is actually really nice — it feels premium and clean, not like those random cheap parcels where everything looks messy. The jewelry itself has been great quality too. The shine looks expensive in real life and it doesn’t feel flimsy.

Shipping has also been quick for me, and I got tracking updates the whole way so I wasn’t guessing what was happening. Every order I’ve received matched exactly what I ordered, and the gifts were a win — the people I got them for were obsessed.

finally responded to them with a message saying 'the freight company (iMile) tried to deliver your order numerous times but no-one was there'. I deliberately put my work address down so I could receive it by the way. They sent me a copy of the times that iMile had tried, once on 24th at 8pm (Christmas Eve), then again at 7am and 8:15pm the first week of Jan, we open from 8am to 6pm and we were closed for Christmas! I went back to reply via Afterpay saying 'if this freight company can't deliver in normal business hours then I will get it delivered to my home address' no response, Afterpay closed the issue as it wasn't The Flair's fault I haven't received it. The Flair have received my order back from iMile and have gone back to not responding!

They sell products they don’t have in stock knowing they won’t shipping on time! Ordered 8/12/2025 website says dispatch is 1 -2 days, express shipping 2 - 4 days. all I kept getting was automated emails. They then dispatched it on 24/12. No Christmas present for my son on Christmas Day. I wonder how many others have been left with no gift and no money refunded this Christmas. Truely disgusting. Wish I had read the reviews first, so many saying the quality is cheap and not like the photos and not delivered inline with what they promise - check trust pilot.

I bought the bracelet as a gift for my partner and she absolutely loved it. The detailing is immaculate and the gold shine is unmatched compared to anything else we’ve tried. The presentation box made it feel extra special too — you can tell the brand really cares about the little things.Love Love!
