Item Not Received & Unable To Contact – Purchased shorts 3 weeks ago, received invoice via email immediately after purchase. Waited for delivery but nothing. Tried to contact company however website down, phone line plays music for a minute and then cuts off. I believe I have been ripped off. Also tried to contact designer (Dricoper) however their website is also not working and only received voicemail on phone number.
Worst customer service ever!! – Bought a dress but the sizing was too small so I wanted a refund since by the time i'll get an exchange, it won't arrive in time for my formal. Note: The return link is not made available until you receive an email from the post. During the process of filling out the return form an error appeared and would not let me finish of the process. Once the page was refreshed, the return link was no longer available??? Have contacted CS but no reply. Has been a few days. Absolutely worst CS ever... Not sure what to do with this dress.
Terrible service – I bought a dress recently and when it arrived they had sent the wrong size. They took 4 days to respond to my email to advise where to return the dress to; of course, they did not have a phone line to speak to someone either. A week after confirmation that the dress was returned on the other end, I still haven't heard back about a refund so will have to pursue a chargeback through the bank I guess. Truth is, I would have liked the correct size, but I just expect so much more from an online business these days with the amount of competition they have, it's unnerving when you don't hear back. Being responsive to customers and correcting mistakes asap is an absolute must. Will never purchase anything from them again. Fast delivery
Terrible business model – Don't have items on your site that aren't available. Also '24hrs' plastered all over your site implies that you can actually ship or process in that time - 100% disingenuous. The stock is great and different which is why I had a look but you need to sort out your supply chains. Nothing pisses people off more than never hearing back or worse 'we don't know either, sorry'.
Designers would be better to go out on their own – This is the second time I have tried to buy things from the Grand Social. The first time the order was cancelled as it was not available. Then I bought a tshirt, the delivery was delayed and I was told it hadn't made the next shipment but no detail of when it would arrive. I replied asking when it would be shipped but no reply. About a month later the tshirt arrived, it was worn once, I washed it on a delicate wash and it ran (there were no instruction how to wash it). I tried 3 times to get someone to contact me, eventually they said they had problems with their emails... Then after 2 emails I got an automated email saying I could get a refund if I sent the tshirt back. I have sent the tshirt back (registered post) and have heard nothing from them nor received a refund. Their customer support and service is terrible. Buy direct from the designers, I will never use them again.
