They never responded to an email quote request for a small area (15m2) of turf relaying to my existing lawn until I followed it up. They then stated that this was too small a job for them to quote on (not stated on their website). No attempt to recommend anyone else who could do the job.
Been on site nice an early did a fantastic job, very professional, friendly team, recommend to anyone almost a Finished...Well done boys, love your work
Expensive Lawn, dead – I had the great lawn co supply and lay turf. Their brochure says they apply preventative insecticide to each project , which was a complete lie. Our turf was invaded by lawn grub within the first 2 weeks of installation. I called them to see if they would help and they turned by away, they would not help. Absolutely terrible customer service.
