The Home Inspection Hub

Inspection Hub charged $500 to rush through my pre purchase inspection . Didnt find obvious issues that I had identified in my own walk through . Guy was there for 45 minutes. Never again.

VCAT COMPLIANT REPORTS ARE 100% REQUIRED – It is essential to obtain a VCAT compliant expert report and you will not find a more competent, compassionate and competitively priced report from any other company. Inspection quality not up to standard – Unfortunately Home Inspection Hub didn't fulfill my expectation. I have picked up few big ticket items (snags) which should be picked up & mentioned in the report. Basically the inspector didn't conduct thorough inspection (in details) & skipped major checks

Great to have – A must have for your new home. All doors must close all windows must open. Taps must turn on and off and lights must turn off and on again and again

Excellent service, well worth the outlay – Home Inspection Hub has been amazing with our new home build inspection process. Each stage of the build was inspected and findings reported in a clear and concise document resulting in action from our builder to address the issues raised. Our inspector Martin was knowledgeable in all these stages and his efforts resulted in a better quality end product. Well worth the fee.
