poor quality linen – Received my two fitted sheets that were advertised as 'hotel quality', washed them exactly as instructed, and have ended up with rough-to-the-touch, coarse sheets! Not only that, but they were smaller than advertised and do not fit my new mattress well at all! Will never buy from this company again.

Don't trust this firm . They break Aust. consumer guarantee laws. Don't buy anything from them – I purchased a king size sheet and quilt set. Very expensive and I received a queen sheet which was too small for the bed. For 1 month, these clowns would not reply to my emails mails. retailers - don't trust them or buy from them. These dudes have had to change their business name.. their crap reputation is catching up with them.

Not at all what I expected – Ordered expensive sheets, washed them as instructed but they are rough and scratchy. Emailed the company no reply- I would order from shop you can return to if necessary.

FRAUD ALERT – Advertise name brand and deliver generic made in pakistan product. Do not purchase SUPIMA products from this company, you will receive a much lower quality product. Unless you can't tell the difference between quality sheets and crap from 3rd world with no advertising standards

homegrown companies to compete. This said, The Linen Gallery offered free postage and that sealed the deal for me. They dispatched very quickly and it took less time to receive the item than one sent from Melbourne the day before (which I am still waiting for). Suitable packaging for item and item was as expected. I will include this online store in cross-compare shopping next time round re manchester goods.
