received my order. I ordered because I believed they were an AUS company as address is listed in Perth. Shipping started in China, then got “lost”. Customer support had said that they resent and I have still not received. I have asked for refund multiple times. It is now 16th March. Do not order from this company.

Be aware of their 30 days money back guarantee, there are conditions to it, which are only stated when you go to the terms & conditions. Fake claims, and copy product that doesn't fit.

Seems like a common trend if you read other reviews. I asked for a refund and they weren’t helpful either. DO NOT buy from this company, buy elsewhere!

They are a drop shipping website. The exact carrier is found on Ally express. The are NOT located in Australia. They claim Aus post tracking it is not it came from china. Customer service only responds overnight. Phone number does not work. Reporting to consumer affairs.

No address on the website and phone number is uncontactable. Website states it's guarantees refund 30 days but trust me they will not refund you and will argue with you. advertised. My son is 4 months old and almost 7kg, and he still cannot fit in it correctly or achieve safe hip support. The advertising is misleading, and when I raised this with the seller, the customer service was disappointing; they refused to acknowledge the contradiction in their own product description. On top of this, the carrier feels and looks cheap, which only adds to the frustration. I would strongly recommend avoiding this product and seller.
