Can't Praise The Customer Service Enough – I purchased three shirts for my husband and noticed too late that they were cuff-link sleeves, so requested an exchange. They did this at no cost to me and very quickily. Then I realised I'd ordered the wrong size, so again, they exchanged without any fuss or problems. Thank you for the great service!

Huge varieties of stylish apparel – I love this shopping site to death, they offer huge varieties of causal and formal clothes at amazing price. The prompt service and gorgeous wrapped package sets a high standard. There is always discount offered throughout the year, and price is a lot lower than retailers. The design of the site is very easy to navigate and it has a clear and simple visual appearance but gives ample information to help your style and size.

Only use if you don't mind being messed around should you need to organise a refund – I loved this website. The products looked great and the pricing was keen. I bought my husband 2 shirts just after Christmas and on the next business day I telephoned The Men's Shop to see if I could cancel the order before it was mailed and to arrange a refund. had not been dispatched. The lady said she would arrange the refund straight away and cancel the order so it would not be sent. I was thrilled at what I though was great service. Wrong.

A few days later I checked my credit card account and no refund. Then the parcel arrived. I immediately rang The Men's Shop and spoke to the same lady. She advised me how to send the parcel back (which I did straight away) and said that the refund was being done. She would follow this up.

Two weeks later after a short trip away, still no refund so I rang again only to be told that they had not received the returned parcel. They then said they would not refund me until they had the goods back. If this was their policy why hadn't they mentioned this beforehand. They said they would look into the matter of where the parcel was. Later I received a call to say that the parcel was at Botany post office and that they had not been told of its arrival. Again I was told they would arrange my refund as soon as they retrieved the parcel from the Australia post. I didn't argue as I expected they would pick it up from the post office in a day or two and I would then have my refund.

But again days turned to a week and still no refund so I rang The Men's Shop and this time I was very annoyed. A different lady offered to check into it and get back to me which she did not do. So again I rang The Men's Shop this time absolutely furious. Two days later I had my refund.

This process took 6 weeks and a lot of wasted time and many phone calls. Why can't stores just tell you the right thing and do what they say. Why do consumers have to persevere and deal with poor service.

I will not be buying anything from The Men's Shop again. Such a waste but probably just for me as this shop obviously could not care less. Plenty more consumers I suppose. Great stock selection. Refund service was non existent.

bagged them about the exchange...well, i went to multiple department stores to confirm my size - so have never had to exchange any items. I did have to send them an email to confirming sizing on one of the suits as I couldnt find that suit in any stores, and they respondended to my email within i a few hours....great experience, take advantage of all their deals, and free gifts everytime you order! Highly recommended! Great products, Great brands all at AMAZING prices!

provided. I didn't even receive a courtesy call from Toll about this problem. My purchasing experience has been good until this event. However, if Toll cannot deliver their bits, the promise of hassle-free exchange and return by the Mens Shop means nothing. It has already wasted more than a day of mine. Even more, the Mens Shop asked me to send it back via Australia Post at my own expense! Shocking! Very disappointed!

Unreliable exchange service

A Good Online Shopping Experience – So far I've place two orders, paying the marginal extra for express delivery. Both orders arrived within two days of placing the order, and arrived in well packaged and well presented condition. I find that paying the extra for express delivery (when buying from any on-line dtore) is always worth the extra cost because, in most cases the parcel can be tracked. I would have no hesitaion in buying from TMS again Good pricing

Appalling customer service – Used to be a long time supporter of TMS, but recently had a shocking experience.
