Went to their Westfield Kotara shop on the 6/11/26 thinking I needed to have the charging port replaced. They had a Quick Look and simply removed the lint that was interfering with the charging process. They were happy to do this for free. Really good service and very unusual these days. Highly recommend

damage as the screen and phone has no scratches, chips, cracks or marks on it at all. The glass screen protector was also not damaged at all.

Despite a lot of evidence to show the phone was not physically damaged, the person at the counter refused to honour the warranty. I then contacted the store owner who continued to refuse to honour the warranty.

I am now raising this formally with Fair Trading ACT.

Don't Purchase any product from this company. They will not issue refund even if the product has major fault – I purchased a new Aspera Nitro phone from Big W which would not switch on and they immediately issued a Refund . a refund as is my rights under Australian Consumer Law. Why would I want another phone when the first two proved to be very shoddy and unreliable. The staff in the store were unable to process any refund and I had to contact someone with an email address to ask for refund. This person has never signed the several emails they sent to me. So I have no name for whom I dealing with! What makes them think that they don't have to comply with Australian Consumer Law is beyond me. Buyer beware DONT purchase anything from them if you want to avoid this potential problem
