KEEP AWAY – at The beginning they were cooperative and included everything on the quote signed off on drawings and they submitted them....once approved there were changes to the plan with no consultation and/or notification with us When it came to color selections they basically made no difference what was on the quote they pushed the cheapest options as they claim that is the inclusion when the quote specifically stated differently once approval was obtained they started construction works with no notification to us and no funding letter from the bank. Once the slab was poured we inspected the work they have done and it was full of mistakes and possibly the worst workmanship we have ever seen.....The slab has incorrect step downs no step down in the wet areas despite being indicated on the drawings there was dropped edge beams missing no allowance for kitchen services.....the list goes on and on When the issues were raised they went and cut up the slab to try and fix their mistake/s which just caused additional issues..like waterproofing termite treatment and exposed concrete in the step downs Absolutely appalling TO cut a long story short the contract was terminated at this point

Most horrible home builder in Sydney NSW, better stay away! – At the time of tender, they agree on everything as usual with dodgy builders. Then comes the negotiations on price, and they claim they give you the best fittings and have no Standard range, Medium range or Luxury range, and once price agreed, guess what all hell breaks loose. Their office does not communicate with supervisors on site, their supervisors are totally inexperienced and allow all tradesmen to do crap work, they do not work according to floorplans, and neither do they check inclusions as per tender. They will give you whatever they feel like for fittings, and for a medium/small home (20sq to 28sq), they are not bothered about making a good house. They only pay attention to those who have buckets of money and can spend $600k plus on a home build. I could ramble on and on, but long-n-short of it all, "Stay the heck away from them"! I wish I could give them less than 1 star, they do not deserve that either.
