Price – Went in to buy a discovery led light drawing board Target price $19 O’Connor store $39.95 How can the price difference be justified?

Worst ever – Probably the worst mob to deal with. Had a lego set sent to me in the worst condition (as I'm a collector) and tried to get in contact with them about the condition of the box which is not displayed upon purchasing and you can tell it's not from delivery the box is screwed so unhappy tried calling and e-mailing with no response, reason for the response sorry. Best avoid.

Dissapointed – After speaking with the member of staff by phone to confirm if they had an ezyroller in stock and being told that a new shipment just has been arrived confirming with the staff member on color available and being told by that staff member that we have pink, red, blue , black and above all the required color which is silver. store later that day we were informed that unfortunately they are no silver ezyroller . They didn't arrive in this order apparently the staff member i spoke to earlier in the day got it wrong and no apology was made by any of member of staff. And were very quick blame the staff member that was not even in the shop to defend themselves. Very disappointed with the attitude . Won' t shop there ever again. And what makes me more angry we coming down there after long drive and having to inform my son that he could not get his ezyroller after telling him he will get it that day.
