health deteriorated and I tried to cancel the order which they said they were not able to do. Also asked if they could buy back chair which also wasn’t an option. Very disappointed in the Customer service and would not recommend. I have been trying to sell chair on Facebook and gumtree and it seems there are other people in the same situation. Vicky

unit. I struggle more with back and body pain in the colder months so when I put the heater unit on, I feel immediate relief in my back and hips!!!! The Zero Gravity position on my chair is amazing. It takes away any pressure points on my body. I find the arm rest wide and soft which accommodate my arm with lymphodemia, my arm feels well protected and supported. Great product & exceptional service – Great chair. Extremely comfortable & the customer service, during fitting and delivery was exceptional. Had an issue on a weekend where the chair broke through no fault of anyone. Despite being weekend & tech support being closed they offered a temporary chair while mine was repaired. An experience not a purchase – Had my chair built and delivered in around a month. Loved being measured in my own home and visited the showroom to ensure it all fit. After extensive research I couldn't imagine buying from anywhere else

Totally Worth It – After my very disappointing experience with another company and lift recliner , I contacted Posture Care. Fitted at home the following week and delivered in five. Product and service, Totally Worth It. Should have gone to them first.

Well the price took us aback, but realising that we really didn’t have an option to just walk in and buy a chair without having him measured up, we decided to take a bit breath and order a custom built chair. There were several options and my husband tried several chairs to decide which part of which style he liked and felt comfortable in.

We paid extra to have 18 months comfort guarantee, fabric protection and a one month turnaround to the when the new chair would be delivered. My husband went in for a ‘fit’ when it was part way finished, and several adjustments were made.

Initially it took him a while to get used to having a higher chair and a straighter back. Happily I can report that he can sit in it for however long he likes without having to get up and change chairs. We bought a reclining chair which works with a handle, and a swivel base which has proved to be very beneficial when talking to the person next to you – no more cricked neck.

Overall, I am happy to recommend Posture Care Chair. The staff were very friendly and professional.
