and i have some golden undertones in my skin but am otherwise caucasian (read - real white).
1. Gradual tanning mousse - this product claimed to be quick drying, fake tan scent free and non sticky which i found to be incorrect.
i felt sticky 3 hrs later and even tried to dry myself with a hair-dryer haha
I thought maybe i put too much on but when i rewatched one of the ads this same amount is used by the team member (so much on your skin its white, wait a few mins then rub till it goes clear). In case it helps anyone, when i was trying to rub it to clear it felt VERY sticky and i stopped and patted it instead.
The product said no fake tan smell. I found it smelled more like a fake tan than bondi sands. And the scent used to try and cover it in the product smells strong and not for me. I used my hands to apply because it says you can. Despite immediately washing my hands well after i cannot get the smell out.
20/12 Update on colour (the next day) - I woke up and felt a little orange, but after a good gym sesh i felt like the sweating helped the colour soften and tbh...its a lovely natural looking tan. Also i felt so moisturised, and my dry areas where i get psoriasis on my elbows was completely soft and smooth. My hands were tanned too despite washing them multiple times the night before and scrubbing them so id say just use a mitt. The smell did seem to go by the following day so that was good! And i was completely streak-free which was great AND there's no weird build up on your elbows, ankles or knees.
I'll try again and not use as much and see if im still as sticky.
On sale this was $14.50.
2. Bronzing drops serum, with primer and spf.
On the box the after photo shows a rather orange person. Which really should have been the warning. I tested this out and it went on quite orange - definitely a different hue to my ears haha i put my normal foundation over the top (120 fit me maybelline) and they worked we together. The foundation settled the orange and it looked nice and brown. The primer made my skin feel plump and lush. And being in Australia great to have 50 spf. Though as nice as that was, no way would i pay full price for this product.
I dont know if its just me but it bothers me the bottle says "3 in 1" but then it only lists 2 of the ingredients "bronzing serum drops and primer" If this ever gets updated would be great to list all 3 after saying 3.
On sale this was $16.
3. Setting spray with spf
I found that this spray went on reasonably easy. Haven't tried for a full day of setting. It did look really shiny once on, a bit too much for me. I got this for $20 and normally its $40. I just dont think im the right customer to see that value.
4. Overall observations
- the packaging and scents of the products do not feel quality enough to justify the full ticket price. I think the mousse is special and im glad i tried it. Amazing to finish tanning and my skin to feel so nourished!
- Reading through some of the reviews online i found that the business was often arguing or being dismissive of issues raised by customers. This left me feeling grateful to not have to have an issue to solve with them and ultimately didnt make me want to buy their produxts long term if this is how they treat customers. It felt very unprofessional.
- further the SM campaign is very negative. The founder saying under her breath that another brand "smells like sh*t". Id argue if your product is great you dont even need to mention any product other than your own.
Nice to try something new but overall I'll be trying other clear tanners from brands that are more aligned with my values.

clothes and bedsheets. This literally has solved all of those problems. It's given me a really healthy looking glow that doesn't look too intense, but if I want something darker I could definitely build it up or leave it on to develop for longer. I look like I've spent the day in the sun, and I absolutely LOVE it. I haven't had any problems with transferring either, which I was so relieved about. The fade was pretty gradual too, not patchy or anything, which was one less thing for me to worry about. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the scent too, I'd heard fake tan doesn't usually smell too nice, but this was really sweet and light! Floral, maybe?
I actually got this after seeing an ad where the model applying it had some acne on her skin. I swear everyone uses the beauty filter these days, so it was really refreshing to see someone who's skin looked like mine! It was reassuring too, to know that it would sit okay on my skin despite any bumps or redness.
Warning though, this brand is definitely addictive. They have so many great products. I know that might sound cheesy, but it hasn't even been a month since I got my tan, and I've already gone and gotten their eyeliner stamp pens, and their lip glaze with the donut applicator. I genuinely love this brand, and every single product I've gotten from them so far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

slowly fades well and no staining on my sheets or clothes. The ability to build on it to get the shade I wanted was great, and for someone who’s never done it before, it was amazingly simple. Highly recommended!

I ordered the SPF50 honey lip oil, and I’m genuinely so happy with the product. I love anything honey and the scent is so delicious. The lip oil is super hydrating and I like that it has SPF in it to protect my lips. I sometimes use it over a lippie or lip tint for extra gloss! Show reply

like they claim and it doesnt peel off in flakes or patches like every other fake tan I've used does. I have seen on their instagram they are working on a dark version which I'll definitely try once its out. For now I just sleep in it so it goes abit darker or layer it up over 2 applications to give a darker colour.

This stuff actually works. I find it fantastic as a mature women. powder settles in the lines or looks dry and crepy under my eyes. I spray this before makeup after skin care, then once I'm done with my makeup I spray again. My undereyes are now looking good with no signs of powder or that crepey look. It leaves you with the most beautiful, natural colour that simply fades away (think that euro tan that seems to just ‘wash away’) and is never patchy.
Highly recommend applying it per a clip on their website by using the Quick Glow must on the face, hands, and feet, for the absolutely perfect seamless colour.
