Don’t use them. I ordered and paid extra for express shipping. Their promise on their website is that it is sent by the next day. Almost 2 weeks later, still wasn’t sent. Contacted them multiple times on all of their platforms including direct email and via their contact us form - no reply. Do not trust this company.
I engaged The Review Guys expecting a professional marketing service based on how it is advertised. After payment, communication stopped and my attempts to resolve the issue directly were not responded to. I was left with no option but to escalate the matter through a PayPal dispute in order to get a response.
The lack of communication and follow-up was disappointing and not what I would expect from a professional service provider. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service and would advise others to proceed with caution.
Follow-up · I ordered a customised Google review NFC card based on how the service was advertised online. Communication after purchase was very limited, and I did not receive responses to several follow-up emails requesting confirmation of order details. The product eventually arrived much later than expected, however by that stage I had already sourced an alternative due to the lack of communication. I was unable to obtain a refund and the item is no longer needed. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional compared to other suppliers offering similar products. I would recommend confirming communication responsiveness before ordering.
