Cockroaches in hotel room – Checked into THE ROBERT TOWNS in Townsville for 7 nights. Arrived and checked in. Carried bags upstairs to room. Looked in bathroom, large cockroach on floor - my wife freaked out! Then near bed, another cockroach. We could not stay with the cockroaches Cancelled reservation with Booking.com. Found and moved to another hotel. NO REFUND FROM EITHER BOOKING.COM OR HOTEL.(7 nights) NOT SATISFACTORY !!! Show details
