Bought A Crane humidifier that leaks water onto power input and motherboard. Emailed customer service and Julie claimed fault in design was “user error” or lack of cleaning and sent a long email of suggested remedies for multiple known issues with the Crane unit. Offered to purchase a more reliable product from sleep store as I use this in my child’s room. Julie responded she could “send it for testing and her’s work fine”. Glad it didn’t shock my child. What a waste.

Just received my outdoor blanket in Midnight Poppy from Little Unicorn and was surprisingly pleased with the quality of the product.

Product was exactly as described and the material on the top layer is very soft. I bought this to be used as a baby play mat and picnic blanket and was very happy that the material is soft enough for baby as well as water resistant.

Not impressed with the quality of products. I dont think its value for what you pay for. Customer service isnt great either, had to call a few times before I could get a hold of someone

I got sent the wrong product and when I called they were rude and unhelpful. Customer service needs to be picked up for sure, working in e-commerce I know how hard it is.

This place is your one stop shop for everything baby and beyond! The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable so ask as many questions as you need to make the right decision for you! If you follow them on Facebook they often have videos demonstrating their products and sneak in some awesome giveaways! I highly recommend the Woolbabe sleeping bags and merino onesies, perfect to keep your little one snug and warm at night while they sleep. Wouldn't shop anywhere else!

First purchased was a great bundle 1 woolbabe 3 seasons and 1 duvet long sleeves for 3-24 months. I wished i have used it when my baby was still a newborn but started using it when she's 6 months upto now 34 months still fits bit soon we will upgrade. Great quality and this is part of our nightly routine. My daughter already knows its bedtime once she's in the sleeping bag. we dont need to worry at the middle of the night if she's cold. We also take this with us everywhere when travelling. The best Item we got for our baby! can't recommend enough.

I ordered a boba wrap and I love the item. Only thing I would complain about is that the store is in NZ so when you order from Aus, it takes a bit longer for delivery than expected. Still, I would buy from them again :)

Best store I have dealt with online for purchasing baby products. I placed an online order, the next morning I called and asked if I could add something else to the order and it wasn't a problem. The entire order arrived 3 days later. Postage was cheap and fast, staff were helpful and friendly, products were in stock. Will buy again from this store.

Delivery was super quick too. I'm from perth and items shipping from Eastern states usually take at least a week to reach me. But I received my stuff from the sleep store in 2 days, even though they are based in NZ! Love it!

They also have one of the best rewards systems ever where you accumulate points which actually translates to savings on future purchases.

This is my favourite place to buy anything sleep related for my baby. I have bought from here several times now and will continue to in the future. The site is run by a Kiwi couple, not some huge corporation, the customer service is spot on, and the delivery is lightning fast!

There is even a loyalty program which is probably the best I've come across - one point for every dollar spent, and 100 points = $5 credit. You don't have to spend a fortune to qualify.
