Worst service ever – Bought a green bluegrass style guitar, was told 3-4 day delievery,, received it 2weeks later, when i finally received the guitar it was broken in 3 different places, took photos and sent them in with a letter with no reply, wrote another letter to say all i wanted was a replacement, still to this day no reply, this place just takes your money and thats it, never again will i buy from the dumb shop.. Broken in three places

Excellent – The staff are helpful and willing to put the extra mile in to deliver the best service possible to customers. Highly Recommended for both staff and students and being on campus its really easy to get too :). Good Service Great Products Reliable ETA's There needs to be more stores that are prepared to offer this level of customer satisfaction.
