Sorry Star but I am sure the rule that anyone who wants to play the poker machines has to be a member and use their card to do so is a complete put off. We are watching you. Will think hard about going there if I am in Sydney again. Left at 8pm hardly anyone playing machines. The Star used to be thumping now just a sad enue.

prevents me to play a machine with another family member or friend? This was created for entertainment and now it’s become clearly for profits trying to control what everyone does. First you need to be a member and then you have to agree to be monitored for every move you make and it’s not discrete either, they will literally stand next to you and observe you as you play to see how they can find something wrong with what you’re doing. If you want to be watched and harassed while you play then go here to the Star, the staff aren’t just enforcing stupid rules they’re being rude about it to anyone they deal with, this place needs to close.

I saw a staff member tell a man asking for help on his machine that it wasn’t her job to help him and he needs to find someone else.

This place is so far down the drain I can only see recovery if they complete remove the current staff and train brand new people with better attitudes.

Also after being a member for many years they’ve changed membership rules so you can’t use your discounts which you earned by spending at the casino, they have placed a limit on how many people in your family you can take with you to the buffet and use the membership rate, this place has added rules and regulations where even the government didn’t enforce them to do it, it’s like they have just decided treat their longstanding members like crap because they can.

I am so disappointed that’s place that was once thriving and cared for it’s members now selectively has decided to treat members badly, even the RSL will treat you better and doesn’t restrict how you use your benefits like the star does.

South Wales about me not wanting to book accommodation I didn’t want that. We spoke about me not wanting to see a show. I tried to speak clearly in English that I wished to speak to the casino in Pymont New South Wales is the Casino, only in my opinion of course, trying to save by not having someone answer a phone I can Totally understand that in business today. Why don’t you put volunteers on? Rubbish!!! – Absolute rubbish!! Very uptight and will never visit again!! Don’t bother even showing your kids the upstairs (without going in to casino obviously!). You’ll be asked to leave and we were just standing there at 9.30am when no one was even there! They need to adjust their attitude and chill out!!

Freezing Air Con Bring Snow Jackets – Attending the Australian Small Awards and they have the air con set at a ridiculous freezing setting..... seriously who ever is in charge, staff and attendees are freezing. lack of professional service ever , I wanna point to complain a service manager name Joyce for his unprofessional attitude ever , he would listenice to customer first rather than he judge what the customer about . I’m tollally disappointed about the star services , always accuses everyone without concern what’s actually happening, you guys should improve more to bring service better , that’s trying disappointing!!!! How to upset your members – Stayed 3 nights for our sons 21st and at 1am walk 150m to the bar for 2 beers and they wont serve me two, each person has to buy their own. Also I found out their loyalty program where I WAS silver so more % off the cost of everything lowers back from my Silver tier to basic bronze BECAUSE I did NOT spend enough money with them over the year. What other program rips away your hard earn points and send you back to start again.
