do not expect to get what you paid for – hp printer trays purchased 5 x $200 were simply unavailable and they could not supply, because they had no stock and no ETA for restock or dispatch. There is no "low stock" or "sold out" or "preorder" indicators on their listings. Refund is not timely as with all good on-line vendors. Some buyers report long delays and poor communication on other review sites. So far the requested refund has not been sent.
