Do not buy from here!!! – So I ordered three sets of string from The Tennis Shop. They have it written everywhere that shipping will take 1-2 business days but it took three weeks, AND I have only received 2/3 sets of string. I tried calling, no answer. the string for a tournament and when they didn't come, I had to go to Tennis Only in Hawthorne to get some. Extra $50.

Go to Tennis Only or Tennis Warehouse guys, it'll save you headache and wallet.

Not feeling hopeful – ordered on 24th and advised I needed by 30th, still waiting on a tracking number, have called and emailed and so far no response, I don't have a great feeling about this, money has been taken off my CC

Do not order – I ordered a box of HEAD balls online and was assured of delivery 1-2 days. I never received the order and they happily took my money and I received an email confirming the delivery. I will have to follow up with my bank.

You will not receive your stuff!! – Do Not buy from here you will not receive your goods. I'm the same as everyone else. Sent emails and no response phone disconnected. My bank had to reimburse me. Buy elsewhere and read all reviews we all say the same.

Rip off – Ordered bulk tennis balls one month ago. Invoice stated 2 days. Nothing, they have not responded to multiple emails. I've since contacted Tennis Only who actually supplies the equipment that tennis shop sells. They told me of the problems they have with them as well. The phone number on website is disconnected. I'm going to have to go through my bank to recoup credit card amount. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. READ THE REVIEWS.

Bottom line - If you charge a clients credit card for a product you do not provide - This is FRAUD.

How on earth the ACCC and Paypal allow this company to continue to accept payment from customers is beyond me.

sent another email the following day to say I'd like a reply that day otherwise I would ask my bank to reverse the charge the day afterwards. No response. Contacted my bank the following day to start the reversal process and sent an email to the sales address informing them I'd done that. No response. Despite this they eventually sent the product a couple of days ago and it arrived today (via western australia). It took 24 days from order to delivery. This company is a complete joke ... avoid at all costs.

Don't order with this place! – Made order for a box of tennis balls last Tuesday. The site suggested two day delivery. It's been 6 days and still no tracking number or any contact apart from order confirmed. Tried calling, no one answers. Two phone numbers and one of them disconnected. Tried email, three times, no reply or acknowledgment! For all I know the place is probably closed down but still charged my credit card! Be careful!

assured me they could and encouraged me to order; seemed very nice initially. Ordered online, and received no communication and no delivery. I managed to get in touch several more times with great difficulty as they're phones are disconnected and they only sporadically respond to emails. Each time they assured me delivery was imminent, but they were lying. I couldn't even get them to send me a receipt of purchase. They stopped responding completely and I was forced to contact Paypal for a refund. Fortunately Paypal refunded the purchase in full. I expect it would have been much more difficult via the bank or credit card.

Perhaps they are ok if you buy from the store (and get the goods immediately), but I would advise to stay well clear of their online business. Considering the other reviews, I'm amazed they are still in business and haven't had their Paypal account closed.

Avoid or pay the price...actually – Ordered a pair of tennis shoes and they took weeks to arrive, having been send from a third party store (Tennis Only). The shoes didn't fit and they told me to return them and receive a refund. Four months later and I am still waiting... Can't get anyone to answer the phone...

Only shipped part of order and are uncontactable – I ordered a tennis racquet and vibration dampeners, tennis racquet arrived but not the vibration dampeners. I have tried emailing multiple times and no response, I've tried calling numerous times over several days and phone remains un-answered, have provided feedback via their contact us page several times and no response. Based on other reviews here I am probably lucky I got any part of my order...

Appalling People to Deal With – Wow! I should have taken the time to read the reviews on this site before I bought on-line from these people. I ordered, and paid for, sets of tennis strings. no longer available (good of them to let me know this) and offered to refund my money in two days.

No refund. Numerous emails from me were all ignored. Numerous phone calls were, therefore, necessary and each time the response was a promise that they would refund the money as a matter of urgency the next day. By this stage four weeks had passed without any attempt by The Tennis Shop to refund my money.

Fortunately, I paid using PayPal which offered some protection in doing business with such dishonest people.

I alerted PayPal to my situation and within a day, the refund was made into my PayPal account. Thank you PayPal.

If you choose to do business with this disreputable shop, "good luck" as you will need it.

Very misleading, poor service & communication – Phoned shop before ordering racquet to make sure they had stock which they indicated yes. Put my order in and had no correspondence whatsoever, emailed through to check on order but still had no correspondence. Terrible shop – I also had a bad experience with the tennis shop. It took almost 2 months to deliver a box of tennis balls. After multiple phone afters and emails. Very poor customer service and slowest delivery – A month later, after not receiving any response to 2 emails and 4 phone calls the order was still not posted. Promises had been made, reassurance had been given. My honest advice is to stay away!

poor service, slow, sent wrong item, no reply to email – Ordered a Wilson tennis bag and other items in early Feb. Wilson bag and some items not sent, no email advice, needed to phone repeatedly. Apparently out of stock, offered different wilson bag, agreed to this, sent completely different much cheaper bag 2.5 months after order, which I could have got at rebel.

messages or emails from them. They offers me a free upgrade model, and assured me they would have it in the post that day. Next day they phoned and said they were mistaken, and I would have to pay extra for the racquet. Requested a refund. They agreed, and said it would be the following week when the staff member was there to do it. Got a notification from PayPal that the refund was coming to me, however, 10 days later still had not received refund. PayPal are currently following up with the company to request the refund.

Rip off – Placed a $50 deposit to trial a racquet for the weekend. Went back and couldn't come to an agreement of sale of the racquet as they would not match a competitors price. So I asked whether I could use the deposit toward a pair of shoes which was also denied. So in the end they just took my $50. Poor customer service and a bad attitude.

Great buying experience – Under new management. [name removed] was fantastic. Great service and knowledge. Huge Range and would definitely recommend this shop to everyone. Unsure of what racquet to buy Sanja and her staff were extremely helpful and we we're able to demo the racquets against the indoor hitting wall. The warehouse is huge and very impressive. Great prices and service

Don't trust website – I ordered a racquet from them via online with a enough stocks info, but actually none of stock. I was told by staff that order system error.
