too small! I took them to the nearest Ugg Shop (over an hour away) and was told I could not exchange without a hard copy receipt. It was never sent one with my online order. Sh wasn’t going to accept my online order receipt from THE UGG SHOP or Afterpay where both receipts clearly states, THE UGG SHOP. The staff member rang her manager and I was allowed to try on different sizes but had to ask for the 2nd boot in the other sizes. She would give me 1 boot and start serving someone else!!! I also had to ask for my original boots back. I ended up exchanging for a larger size but was given no exchange receipt and was told “it’s done”. The number of times she would start serving someone else mid-conversation with me was appalling. I will never purchase from The Ugg Shop again. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Follow-up · I haven’t received an email, response to my review, phone call or anything. This just shows even more incompetent customer service from The Ugg Shop. Highly disappointing.

We should have known to leave when we entered the store and the sales assistant ignored us, nonetheless we persevered and asked for UGG branded boots. We looked at UGG brand on the shelf, but what was given to us was a box with a different brand on it. and that the "correct" shoes were definitely inside. Three days later, we opened the boxes to find they were not the brand we looked at on the shelf. Quite annoyed, upon returning it were told that we can't take it back for "change of mind", even though we were actually sold something contrary to what we wanted. I'd recommend avoiding this store if you want to save yourself the stress.
I purchased a pair of boots online from the UGG shop for $60.00...they charged $10.00 delivery...that's fine. I have had to return them for sizing reasons which has just cost me $20.00 to return them ...so now ,I am thirty dollars lighter in the pocket over a $60.00 pair of boots that don't actually have the correct size, and I wasn't allowed to just take them to a store ( 2km away) for a refund, I had to post them back...NOT HAPPY JAN!!!!! representatives are dishonest and incompetent. As of now being 4pm Friday 5th Sept, Aust Post website informs me the item has not even been picked up from the supplier even though the customer service team sent me a message yesterday 12.13pm that my order had apparently been dispatched and I could no longer receive a refund. Also when I phoned about my order on 4/9 the agent kept telling me I had already received my parcel & to go look for it. Very bad experience.
Follow-up · I was informed by Aus Post that the Sender had shipped the product via standard post even though I had paid for Express. I received a full refund (item + postage) as I raised a case through PAYPAL.

After spending hours looking at a plethora of Ugg boots suppliers online, we gave up and visited The Ugg Shop in Westfield's in Geelong. We purchased a great genuine Australian made boot with fantastic support from the young lady that served us. The price was comparable to the online equivalent but we were able to try on the boot and discovered that our usual size would not have fitted so great that we were able to try on. Show details
Rude and disrespectful customer service – Buyer beware, this company will not refund even if you have the receipt and try to return within just 14 days!. Southland store assistant in Melbourne very difficult to deal with, kept speaking to manager in Asian language which was very rude and disrespectful to customers and showed no empathy or displayed any customer service. Boots were great - after service non-existent – I bought the heeled boots a couple of years ago but have only worn them maybe 3 times. I was going to wear them on the weekend and noticed the rubber piece from the bottom of the heel had fallen off - to repair this at the bootmaker was expensive as they had to replace both boots heals/soles so I asked the Ugg shop if I could buy a replacement… Read more
from them (there was no wear on the other boot) to which they replied NO - really, they make the boots and now it will cost me another $80 because they can't send the little piece of rubber - disgusting! Boots otherwise are great and comfortable

With lockdown in place I was worried I'de miss out on getting a new pair this year but the staff were so helpful to direct me to their newly launched online store which has been easy to navigate and delivery was free and super quick.
Cannot recommend them enough.

chewed up my old Ugg scuffs and I was desperate for a replacement. I was delighted to find The Ugg Shop had launched an online store few months ago during lockdown earlier this year. I opted for an old fashion moccasin instead of a scuff. Best decision :)
My Uggs & Ugg slippers have been a godsend. Get onto it if you haven't already :)
