WARNING to others – This is a WARNING and I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from the Water People company. I’ve given this company multiple chances over the years and each time the products are faulty and the service is deplorable. I never write poor reviews given I am a business owner myself but I really feel the need to warn others and they need to be accountable for the way the run their business. I will see them in court

Great service – Very happy with the prompt service given by this company from the booking to the guy coming to the house. Ryan rang prior to his arrival and we found him to be extremely efficient and polite.

Unprofessional, liars and thieves – Had the same bad experience like some of the customer reviews on here and wasted a lot of time with the admin. Called them out for a service because my hot water was not dispensing. zip directly and they said the hot water boiler replacement shouldn't cost that much) then after a month of the repair the same issue arises ( technician broke one of the screw housing thread on the machine, told them about it and they said u need pictures of before and after. Like if i knew these clowns were unprofessional then i wouldve taken the picture of the unit before they touched it. Better yet i wouldnt of called the punks in the first place.) Called them back to find out what happened when it just got replaced. So they sent the same technician out again to inspect the unit and it turns out that he didn't reset the unit when he was replacing one of the parts and then they charged me the call out fee for their technician to come out and reset the unit which was due to his poor workmanship in the first place and I paid the price for it. And then another month after the call fee robbery incident the same fault on the unit arises again. Called them back again about it and the funniest thing happened, they said they are very busy right now and can't come out, also their technician can not give me a call because they are on the road 24/7 and unable to use a phone to call at later date or time to help me reset the unit.over the phone and if I want it to be resetted by their technicians I would have to pay another call out fee. Sounds to me they want to rob me everything month of their call out fee. Probably cheaper just pay a hotel for the technician to stay nearby every month. I called up zip directly and they even advise me that if they repair a unit and it breaks down within months of the same issue they will come back and rectify it for free and that I should raise a claim with these guys. I seriously don't know why or how they became a authrorised repairer of zip. Stay clear if you don't want to be robbed. Or if they recondmend you replace a part, might as well buy a new unit because the dodgy workmanship and robbery from them is not worth the headache and time. If you do get your unit service or repair from them MAKE SURE YOU TAKE BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS for a peace of mind. The directing manager then sends an email stating she refuses to speak to me. Not sure how they managed to last this long. They seem to love saying call out fee at the start of a phone call and emails

Worst customer service I have ever experience – We contacted them when the hot water fuction is not working on our Billi water filtered system. They helped us to fix that under Billi warranty even the warranty has expired. 2 weeks later, we realised the machines was leaking. We have then contacted water people and hoping they can come out and check. The very first thing they said was the call… Read more

out fee and told us if we wanted to claim under warranty again we will have to contact Billi ourselves. They told us their staff are all fully trained. So we then called Billi for help and they are very helpful and told us the water people should warrant their workmanship. We request Billi to come and have a look as we dont trust the water people anymore. After Billi ‘s technician came, he was shocked as he found out the people water has forgot to put the rubber seal back to the water tank. As this seal should come with any Billi unit, he hasnt brought any spare with him so Billi told the water people to fix their poor workmanship. End up, the water people came to fix it the same day. However, when we asked the manager [Name Removed] from thr water people to call us back, it has never happened. This [Name Removed] called us as a time waster and she was the one who wasting our time. Avoid in all costs. If you have a Billi machine, call Billi! They are a lot more professional then those handyman from the water people.

Service used to be better – We used the water people to service our ZIP unit for a year but our last service was dreadful, the technician was new and slow and it took multiple visits to fix the unit and each time he made a huge mess of our kitchen floor. Next time we'll look elsewhere

Outstanding customer service – Lilly in the service department organised a technician to fix our Zip tap within a few days. The technician was very efficient and had the Zip pump replaced and hot water working again in no time. Great to deal with a company that is being run so well! Thanks WaterPeople for the great customer service.
