Ask for refund after they can not deliver items you order – Every time i sent an email, 2 minutes later a response. After I ask pls cancel order no response for 3 hours, then sorry we have already posted it. Sorry really poor customer service. Use another store
Unacceptable and Unfit Product (would give less than 1 star) – I purchased 2 pet products from these people (Magnesium cream pet 50g) Elektra magnesium, the ingredients are not fit for dogs and are toxic eg. peppermint leaf and lemon peel. They do not accept or recognise any blame for this. They don't even list the ingredients online for your peace of mind.
Unfortunately this is a drop shipper with unreliable delivery times – I was hoping that the previous reviews could be trusted, but unfortunately their experiences differed greatly from my own. The products order arrived VERY slow when in comparison to products purchased the same day - it took 3 weeks for a tracking number to be provided, and that should have been my first warning that the products are drop shipped… Read more

I received my product FINALLY 6 weeks later than expected (and no, not standard postage delays - it was first scanned by Auspost 3 weeks after purchase, and not shipped express even though I paid for this method).
After all that, it seems to be inferior or fake? no where near the quality of my genuine product purchased in store. They never replied to my emails regarding either matter, so safe to say the customer service is shocking as well!

small gift. The following day, we ascertained they actually wanted the curved hanger, albeit too polite to complain. I contacted The Well Store via email, within an hour I had a response, they swapped the ordered product immediately and provided a refund of the cash difference. They even offered a gift note asking what we would like written to our friends. The customer service is simply second to none as is the product quality.
Love this online store – Fast delivery and always satisfied. Prices are competitive and free shipping at 40$ min purchase is great compared to most online store.

Great store – The store owner is so kind and always shows her appreciation every time I make a purchase. The shipping is quick and comes with no extra wasteful packaging. Their prices are great compared to other eco-friendly stores. I would recommend shopping here.

Bad customer service and false advertising – They advertised free shipping and then charged me for shipping. When I queried it they told me (after ignoring my first email) that the ad for free shipping was a mistake and had been taken down, but still wouldn’t refund the shipping fee because they would “make a loss”. Terrible.
