Absolutely a cr#p product. The ink comes off the clothing after just one wash. What a waste of money. Using a permanent marker is more effective than these crappy stamps. Save yourself some time and money, get a permanent marker pen instead.

Stay away from this company. I thought this was made in Australia, but it turned out to be made overseas—most likely in China. That was disappointing, because it feels no different from buying from Temu or Shein. I placed my order on 11th January and it still hasn’t arrived. It didn’t make it in time for the new school term. I’m extremely disappointed and will never use this service again.

I made an order 12 December for something that was suppose to be a Christmas gift. It is now 17 January and it still Has not arrived and says in transit. This is unacceptable.

exception I find is socks but love the stamp. Ended up with a different brand for my son and have gone and ordered one of these because I know how good they are and how easy. Both of my daughters first stamps still work perfectly.

the order, the customer service team contacted me offer to replace the stamp. They were friendly and replaced the stamp at no cost and made some changes at the same time. I received the replacement stamp a few weeks later. The name is better but the problem is still the same - the name is just not right. Turned out, the text is auto adjust to the width of the stamp. If you have shorter name, it should appear large; smaller and squished if you have longer name. I hate this idea that the font size is auto adjust. Anyway, it is what it is.

I’ve used it for almost six months now and can finally tell you, these name stamps have no special ability or power, they are not inked with special waterproof ink which I thought would be the case in their ads on Facebook claiming that it won’t come off when you wash it. The video showed the socks were submerged in water but I think it’s just clean water. Because the ink comes off and fades. It’s just an ordinary self ink stamp. Please save yourself money and just order a normal self ink stamp from a normal stationery store. You probably have better control over the font size. Take this advice from a graphic designer, me. I should’ve known and just do what I’ve been trained to do professionally - design it myself and get the stamp done by a stationery maker.

Surprised at how good the product really is – Purchased the black and white clothing stamp. This is such a breeze to use and the stamp goes on everything. Bags, lunch box and of course clothing. Can’t wait to buy another one

website it "works on all items and clothes" and they specifically show it being stamped on socks. 30 day money back guarantee is a gimmick. It says "If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, simply contact us, and we'll process a quick refund". Well, I have contacted them and they are refusing to offer a refund, I just keep getting the similar generic emails. Do not waste your money or time on this product because if you do have a problem with your order and the inferior product, they supply you with, then you are stuck with it and are out of pocket not a small amount either. Definitely not worth the money or time waiting for it. The company seem happier sending multiple marketing emails rather than trying to help their existing customers.

Defective product and unhelpful customer service – Terrible product (stamping device) that left black stamp stains on our 11-month old daughter's skin. Customer service, although responsive, was not helpful in any way and did not grant us a full refund despite us providing pictures of our daughter's ankles.

Cheap garbage – Cheap and broken on arrival. Refused a refund. Don’t waste your money on this product!

single line of name with the icon I chosen to customised like the advertisement of the picture and video. I send an email to ask for solutions last week and still waiting for the customer service to solve this problem. Its not cheap to purchase this product for my kids. Hopefully will hear from them very soon, and if they can solve this problem successfully within their 30 days time limits then I will update the star rating.

An update: the problem was solved and got contacted on Messager after I leave those reviews and msg on FB a few days later, and the stamps I received is exactly what I ordered. The quality is really good, beside the clothing label I recommended this stamps for kids belongings too.
