I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BID ON ANYTHING AT THIS AUCTION HOUSE, because in my opinion, you cannot trust their item descriptions or the people who work there. STAY AWAY FROM THE AUSTRALIA POST CATALOGUE! DO NOT BID! You cannot trust them! Having recently bid on and purchased many Australia Post "large boxes of clothes" which are unclaimed parcels, I have to say I am very disappointed at being ripped off in a somewhat purposeful manner by this dishonest auction house. I thought I could trust this auction house, they seemed credible. 2 flimsy boxes arrived, which were broken and over filled and each weighing about 20kg, which were in fact, filled with clothing (rags more like) from Temu and Shein, most of the clothing STANK when i opened the plastic they were in. The employees who work at this auction house can read, and would be fully aware that these unclaimed/lost clothing parcels by Australia Post are from Temu and Shein, the bags the clothing is in indicate this very clearly, but this description was omitted from the package descriptions of the auctions online, in my opinion, on purpose to deceive and garner bids from unsuspecting people. ALL of the clothing in these 2 boxes is complete rubbish that nobody can wear. To add to this, these clothing companies in China, add to the damage of the environment, by creating a damaging carbon footprint and also add to Australian landfill which is where i will be sending these clothes tomorrow. On top of even that, I was charged $210 for Australia Post freight, I was grossly over charged but they'll say this was a handling fee. This auction house is deceptive, hides behind their terms and conditions (which only protect them and not any buyer), over charges for postage and is purposely deceptive by omission in its auction descriptions, they could have easily put "most items from shein and temu" in the descriptions, but they didn't. I didn't even need to open the boxes all the way to see that the contents were trash polyester clothing that is unwearable and from Temu and Shein. Their response to me here will surely be "you can view or ask questions". I am in another state so I cannot view, I rely on your honestly, and also you don't respond to emails. I have sent several emails with no reply. What excuses can you give for allowing this? This is not fair, and it is not ethical, what you've done.

I don't know how I am going to recoup the $500 I have lost. I am devastated.
