demanding clients. They have pillows of different softness, size & most of them are adjustable to further meet everyone's individuality. My latest purchase was "Travel Pillow - Original (Soft)". The communication with company's staff was very good - I had to call them & the phone was answered promptly, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pillows arrived quickly, neatly packed & were exactly what I expected them to be - small, light, convenient to take on any trip as well as being adjustable and very comfortable. It was nice to have a free shipping as well as a small gift. I am sure that now I will never will feel tired in the morning on my trips because of wrong pillows. I am very happy that all those years ago I was introduced to "Therapeutic Pillows/Complete Sleeprrr Pillows" by the lady from the sport clinic in Melbourne who came to "Fernwood" fitness club to advertise these wonderful pillows & then later, when I came to her clinic for free "pillow" consultation helped me to choose what kind of pillows is the best for me. Thank you all at Therapeutic Pillows for your excellent products which helped me to improve my quality of life through such a simple thing as good night rest :)

Cheap product masquerading behind fake reviews – I ordered the Therapeutic Pillow for kids. The foam is cheap feeling and far from comfortable. It barely gives so is not comfortable for any length of time past 5 minutes. I tried sleeping on this myself hoping it would soften a bit but could never get through a whole night with it. I'm actually embarrassed that they're Australian made as I feel like it's a scam product. I've emailed them directly with the feedback so will update on their customer service.

Knee Relaxer – Excellent Product - I would highly recommend this product to anyone for support and comfort after surgery as it takes the pressure off your back and legs giving you a restful nights sleep. Terrible customer service, constant failure to do what they say they will do – We ordered a memory foam mattress topper to help with a pregnancy-related hip problem. The site said they'd deliver to Sydney within a couple of days, and delivery to apartments would go via AusPost to ensure we could pick it up locally if we weren't around. Sounds great. to attempt delivery multiple times, and to have left cards... only they didn't. No cards in the letter box. They didn't even ring the door bell (we were home one of the times they claimed to have attempted delivery). And there's literally no way to get in touch with the courier to discuss delivery, it all goes through Therapeutic Pillow. And of course they didn't leave it at the post office for collection.

After two weeks of this runaround and chasing up they agree it's unreasonable and will refund us, the money to be back in our account "within 24 hours". Another week later and still no refund (and of course no mattress topper).

I don't know if it's serial incompetence or a complete scam, but don't order from them.

retain heat for long. It goes cold fast compared to the other types of bags I have currently. Poor product I think . Reminder this is only the Hip Belt products I am talking about. Bought in April 2019 Sad but true.

The service in Australia was great. The pillow has been really good and even the after sales (I kno – The curved therapeutic pillow has been great for my knackered neck and is competitive in price. I prefer this service to a shop where you can't really compare anyway.

but when you try to chat (as I tried to on 2 occasions) you can only leave a message. Don't use a live chat programme if you aren't going to have someone available it's annoying and misleading and poor customer service! 2. Against my better judgement, I tried to contact this company several days later because I was still trying to source a particular item, so I used their 'contact us' function on their website. I got an automated reply thanking me for contacting them and it said 'We will respond to your question shortly' . Four days later and I still have no reply! No surprises there I suppose . Their customer service is appalling! Maybe their products are ok, but I will never find out. I had to source the product I needed from overseas, but only after being unable to do so in my own country . The people that own/manage this business need to take a course in what constitutes good customer service.

Excellent products, would recommend to everyone – I have ordered 4 different products from this company and I've been very happy with the quality of all of them. They are not the cheapest on the market but I think they are worth it. They also ship products quickly from the website.

that comes with the pillow is ridiculous, it's loose, makes the pillow look cheap, and doesn't help hold the pillow with the inserts together at all. There also was a number of loose memory foam strands in the package. Had another query after purchasing the pillow via email and it was ignored. Overall, could be a better product if it was finished better with slightly better customer service. Would recommend "try before you buy" if it is possible for you to find somewhere which would allow you to do this. Comfort reasonable, adjustable inserts helps you adjust to your own profile. Built quality could be better, customer service could be as well.

Terrible – My physio sold me my medium profile pillow. CostAUD$60. But it exacerbates my headache problem.She won't take it back and the PIllow Co has ignored my complaint. It's expensive.$60 It's urethane foam. Use makes me wake with a headache.Return is against Health Regulations.
