They do not call back! Do they actually exist? – Left 3 messages over 6 days regarding getting an LG split system as they were listed on the LG website as the Victorian supplier. No response whatsoever. The message went "currently on a call, will call you back as soon as possible', etc. Must be a bloody long call. My final message to them we be "Forget it! You obviously do not want the business!"

Deceiving under powered unit installation – This company has been engaged by our builder Oviya Homes to instal Ducted Heater Units in 2 properties we built in 2017. times. Their technicians claim they got 22 years of experience but deny to check room temperature. They just installed new valves to the vents, almost blocked 4 vents. Instead of accepting their fault of not installing required capacity, they went on arguing the unit is right. I got an expert confirmation that the unit is undersized for the property.

Now the builder being insolvent, I have approached VMIA and also reported this company to VBA.
