Crises averted – The plumber came out quickly when the old hot water system failed. They provided options and a temporary hws and installed the new permanent unit the next working day. They made sure it all worked and cleaned up.
Amazing service in the age of AI! – I had a small issue with my Thermann hot water system. The pilot light had gone out and I couldn’t open the panel. I emailed Thermann on Sunday and was surprised to receive an email back from Josh early this morning. Surprised as it was a small issue and the response was so prompt. Josh went out of his way to help me which involved a number of emails in which he included a photo of the panel (not included in the User’s Guide which I had downloaded the day before). As a result I realised the panel had been put back upside down and was stuck. With Josh’s guidance I was able to force the panel open and I now have hot water and have saved a lot of money.
