I called in for a 150m roll of Ag pipe access for a trailer : drive through gates locked, aircon off, no coffee and I was accused by the "lady assistant' of "being all over the place". Had to reverse trailer out onto a busy town centre dual carriageway. The weak consumer law here in Australia allows retailers with retail space less than 1000 sqm NOT to price products on the shelf, great old Aussie gotcha!!!

Now sourcing my requirements 12km away, paying on average 15% less, (probably the marketing fee amount for the franchise), I kinda respect the old-world service, and intimate technical knowledge freely available from this true professional, well worth the $ diesel.
