Had to wait 20 minutes for email with tickets from Thrillophilia. This is beyond current standards. According to others, Thrillophilia can take hours or days to deliver tickets, so be mindful of risk when booking tickets with this company. Waiter 10 days for a ticket to Werribee Zoo and by lunchtime, still no ticket. In the end they just cancelled my ticket and said they will refund me in a weeks time! Let's see if that happens, I doubt it very much. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Show details
Absolute rubbish. They took money and didn't issue tickets. Hopefully money comes back in the 7-10 days they said.
Firstly they are not efficient. I booked 4 tickets for Philip Island Grandview Penguin Snow World through Thrillophilia.com. Secondly they are unethical. They refunded me less than what I paid. This is not a cancellation from my end. It was cancelled by them.
This is the worst customer experience I ever had.

Terrible Service or Cheat! – Would have given them 100 rotten eggs instead of one star. We booked through Thrillophillia to visit Gold Coast Skypoint. Instead of saving 5 dollars, we wasted 144. I never received their tickets which they insisted they had sent. And they refused to refund despite me providing proof that I bought my own new tickets and the fact that I contacted them in the first place. They are either cheat or terrible service. Stay away!
