45 Minute Ride ( costs extra ) was 35 Min – They sell two rides, the longer 45 minute one costs extra. The ride ran very late, over an hour but when out on the harbour it did the things they said in general so that part was ok. Problem is they charge extra for the longer ride but ours only lasted 35 min, not the claimed 45. There was nothing odd that day that held us up once on board so it was just cut short. Making up time at our expense maybe?

They talk a lot on the ride about leaving them a review etc. The following day or two you get an email asking you to leave a review or if any issues to please email them back. So I did asking why, giving them a chance to explain and …. the email is unanswered after a month. It is hard to recommend them as a result.
