Tick Tick Tick all the way!!!
We were greeted by the most friendliest person, he answered all our questions and made us feel so at ease with the whole process. The finance team were wonderful and made sure we knew everything we needed to know. The build process was easy and quick. Our site manager kept in touch the whole way through and made sure we were kept up to date with what was happening.

Overall positive experience with our build
Overall we have been very happy with our build with Tick Homes. The customer service team have been fantastic, always happy to follow up on the many, MANY questions we had. Excellent coffee making skills too :D The process of choosing blocks and home designs were made much easier with the team's assistance. There was a little mix up with contract variations that we had made, but that was actually our fault and not Ticks, as we made such a number of variations in the 2 years that we waited for our land to title... we kept on adding things to the
... Read more build! Janelle was a star ensuring that these variation issues were fixed for us, and we appreciated her regular communication to our council to hurry up issue of permits! Building was a smooth process during stage 4 lockdown, we were unable to go down to our home in person as it was being built so we really appreciated the emails at each stage completion with all of the photos. Was stoked that our double storey was completed in less than 5 months, probably would have been 4 had it not been for the Christmas/New Year period. Our site supervisor Daniel went above and beyond for us, an absolute champion. Very accommodating to our request for a private inspector for each stage, and any issues flagged by them were quickly rectified by Daniel with no fuss. The follow up once moving in has so far been great, and so far any pressing issues (all minor though) that cannot wait until 3 month maintenance have been quickly rectified by our site supervisor, who is only a phone call away. A big thanks to everyone who assisted us on our first home build journey, including Kane, Brad, Bessie, Robert from Mortgage Domayne, Janelle, Michelle and Daniel. We have been very pleased with our experience and look forward to the next chapter of our lives in our first home!
We've been Ticked!
From the first time stepping into Tick Space it just felt right. Everyone we met were so friendly and kind. The simple step by step process made choosing our estate, house design, interiors, extras and colours so easy and affordable. As first home owners its a scary yet exciting time and the guys at Tick have made the whole process so easy!

Our experience that we've had to date with Tick Homes has been nothing but amazing. Being first home buyers & reading 100's of forums about the do's and don'ts when it comes to choosing a builder is always extremely daunting... But with Tick, everything was just easy. Of course i had doubts because they were a 'new' builder; but the crew at Tick we're nothing but the best. Any technical question that I had was answered with confidence which made me feel more at ease. Once my land titled, my permit came through within a matter of weeks & we're close to getting on site now! Know better, choose better.
Tick was Quick!
Following lengthy delays with respect to the release of land titles (2 and half years) and then dealing with illegal site dumping. The build process facilitated by Tick Homes from house selection to moving in was very smooth (and quick) by comparison.
The projector experience was a big selling point as I could easily see the difference between a 20sqm and 23sqm house (something you don't get just visiting display homes). It was a more honest way of seeing how far my budget could actually go.

From contract signing to now near completion, Angel, Bessie, Brad and Chris have been amazing to deal with. E-mails and texts are responded to quickly and any queries have been sorted straight away. Any minor issues that our building inspector picked up were promptly rectified (again, these were minor issues) and Chris (our site supervisor) has been very patient and pleasant to deal with. This is our first home and we hae not had any hiccups or problems that our friends and family have warned us of. Could not be happier! Build with Tick!

Tick Homes tick all the boxes!
Our experience with Tick Homes was wonderful! From our very first meeting, to the day we got the keys to our beautiful home, the process was smooth and easy. We had absolutely no issues! While Tick Space was not yet operational when were choosing our colours ect. we were given a tour when it was up and running and it is truly a wonderful innovative idea that would make the process even easier than it was for us. It caters to every need you have when trying to design your perfect home everything is right there in front of you to see and imagine

The staff were so helpful during the whole process, helping us pick our block, easy to communicate with and prompt in responding to any and all of our questions along the way. There are so many awesome extras included and we never had any extra or unexpected costs. The building process was quick, with constant communication from the site manager ensuring we were always kept up to date. Our home is absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier or more proud of it! We highly recommend Tick Homes!
cant wait to move in
1) Not completed as yet so not had a change to see the workmanship as yet but what can be seen from the outside looks ok
2) Cant complain about the build going at a good speed and looks like finishing soon
3) Customer service excellent as Angel and the builder have been in contact on a regular basis and keeping us informed of the status of the build
Building a house couldn't be any easier
It's just amazing how quickly the house has been erected since building permits where issued. It's only been 6 weeks and my frame has already been installed.
Not only am I impressed by the speed of construction, but the quality so far is excellent.
The best part is still the awesome customer service during the sales process and into construction. i was thrilled to receive a personal phone call from the site manager explaining the status of the construction.
