the agreed day. After the installers had arrived and were unloading their truck, they rang Andy who advised that I would have to pay an additional $300 for the installation to proceed. The reason given was that additional piping was needed. I reluctantly agreed to the price change but warn others planning to use Tidal Air that they are likely to be stung when the installers arrive. The installation went smoothly and the air conditioners are both working perfectly.
