Great cream for sore joints – Red Balm works perfectly on sore knees, blocked nose, muscle ache or angry nerve pain around then hip. Recommended for fast relief. Easy to apply, smells good and works almost instantly 19 gram box is not lasting long and a bit pricey for this little bit.

Like mini deep heat/vapour rub – Good for easing sore muscles and clearing stuffy noses. Think of it as an 'eastern' Vapour Rub. Whatever the ingredients is it does leave that minty feeling on the skin surface, but - it really is a balm (so you don't need much to rub in (unlike Vapour Rub). great product for deep muscle pain! – I really like this product for deep aches and pains, i get a lot of pain in my shoulder and lower back (must be age!) and as we camp alot and it can get quite cold, i feel the pain especially more! this soothes and heats up the area, and within a short period of time, the aching feeling dimishes. cheap, effective, its a cream rather than a tablet. the only thing is if i use it, then its all over my fingers and if i touch my eyes it can burn

OK – I dont use Tiger Balm on my forehead for headaches anymore because of the above Con. I do use it on my knees when I have pain and it works well and it makes me feel good that I didnt have to take a pill for the pain. using Tiger Balm for many years whenever I have had a strong headache and also for muscle pain. When I have used it sometimes for my headache, it has actually burned the skin on my forehead, so after a day or two, the skin is dead and it peels off. I know this sounds scary, (and I looked scary at the time), but other than losing the skin, I didnt feel anything at all when this happened. I think either I used too much or it was just too strong for delicate area such as my forehead.
