Tiger Balm White

Great product – We purchased in Vietnam 8 years ago, still going strong. Find it good for niggly aches and pains and congestion. Just be aware if you don’t want the burn use sparingly cos it packs a mighty punch.

Bad – This is a strong and effective topical rub which helps with body pain and also can be used every couple of hours (it comes with an instruction pamphlet). Overall, I have used this a lot in the past and found it effective for certain headaches and for joint pain too. I am not sure what the difference is between the Tiger Balms like the red one and this white one. I usually buy either when I run out at home. I think everyone who knows about this product and who end up travelling to places like Singapore end up buying this from there because its very famous for how well it works. If you dont like the strong peppermint smell, which can sometimes make your eyes water, then dont use this product.
