Great Bags! – I purchased my tote bag obviously years ago to use as a nappy bag, and it's in still great condition. Tried to look up Tilkah to buy another bag but sadly found out this brand is gone. Poor quality and customer service – I find Tilkah's products to be of poor quality. I received a bracelet as a gift and it broke the first time I wore it. When I went in to enquire on a replacement or repair 'nothing can be done'. They would not even try and look up the original online purchase. And that was that. I don't leave product reviews but feel i received a poor quality product and very poor customer service and felt the need to share my story. Thanks

Very unhappy with online ordering experience – I ordered earrings online as a gift. Was not warned at all of a non return policy. Apparently I should have known this as other companies have similar policies. I'm very unhappy with the product that arrived. this Christmas and I cannot exchange, unopened after contacting them the moment I received them.

It took Tilkah 2 weeks to respond to my enquiry and I was met with a very short and quite rude email.

Would not recommend dealing with this company at all. Poor products and customer service.

AMAZING LEATHER PRODUCTS!! – I am quite surprised to see all these poor reviews. I have had some of the best customer service in my life at tilkah & now always buy my leather bags at the Chadstone boutique. I've never had a problem with any of my bags & I love knowing that I support a small business! Don't believe everything you read ladies!

Sold broken forced to exchange only – These guys have a bad policy. Purchased a $200 bag on Sunday, I noticed the stitches were coming out and tried to return the bag on Wednesday but was told they can only repair or replace. I would have preferred a refund as now I cannot trust this brand. It's disgusting.... Really sad that I am now stuck with a $200 bag that isn't even guaranteed… Read more

for workmanship. I am going overseas and hate knowing that if this bag breaks again I am at loss after having to spend so much money. Keep your money and look else; Buy a similar bag from Mimco in myer or DJ so you'll be covered for a refund on a faulty product!

Pathetic – Worst experience i have ever had with a company. service is actually ridiculous and there quality is too. Never will go back to purchase an item as it tarnishes after 6 months and after 6 months is apparently not there issue. BLOODY PATHETIC TILKAH. I AM ONE VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER AND I WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE WORD ON HOW I FELL.

Obsessed with Tilkah! – I have purchased a couple of bags, a wallet, a clutch, earrings and a scarf from Tilkah in the last couple of years, and every single item has been a standout. This has quickly become my favorite bags shop and I don't even bother going elsewhere anymore. The staff at Chadstone are great, and I find the quality very good, provided that you look after your products too. Style, customer service, lovely stores!

Stay away!!! – I was a regular Tilkah shopper until my $300 bag ripped after 6 months which was apparently due to wear and tear. Because I was too busy I told them within 7 months of purchasing it and you have to do it within 6 months and they wouldn't do anything about it. Stay away!!!!!! Staff (in store and head office)

Stay away! – My bag starting ripping about 5 months and the buckle on my purse broke after 9 months. They also refused to even fix it. Staff at head office are not helpful and take a long time to get back to you. It use to be good quality but they have gone downhill! expensive, 6 months warranty, unhelpful staff, bad staff at head office
