Informative and helpful – I rang up enquiring about getting my first home loan and was given all the information I needed to help start the process. Unfortunately I’m not ready to lock in a home loan but when I am I know I will be comfortable and confident in calling back the team at time to help me through the process. They weren’t rude or upset that I wasn’t ready to proceed with my loan yet and let me know they would be here when I’m ready. Show reply

Time is the key word here! – I originally enquired back in July to refinance, finally accepted and completed paperwork in early August, loan still has not come through.. multiple submissions of same Docs, then asked for additional docs that could've been supplied at the same time to prevent delays, dealing with multiple people at different steps throughout the application and… Read more

submission process, had to chase up several times, broker always says will get back to you the following day but doesn't. I continue to chase up to find out what is happening with my loan, broker takes for ever to respond to emails,.. I've refinanced several times before and never had an issue with my previous broker.. definitely would not recommend them.. my loan has still not been financed after several months. Not happy at all

The most horrible broker I could ever have – I was a first home buyer who took a risk and bought an unconditional house by my own. him I don't wanna have a variable rate with this selected bank. After bought a house, he said I am gonna secure your home with the bank that pre-approved you on same variable rate! He came back with 0.2% higher than the preapproval rate but told me this won't be your load!!! He was supposed to get a loan from another bank. So he hold me for more than 3 weeks, he was very slow on answering my calls\messages\emails and unavailable most of the times along with his team members. He gave me a call almost 10 days before settlement date and said the second bank hasn't made decision yet and you should go with the bank that you've been approved!!! I didn't have any other chance and I accepted, but so frustrated!!! You can't believe me how many times I followed up on correcting my information on documents and sending them to the bank. I was very stressed and anxious about getting the loan and just a day after my settlement I found same bank is giving a much less rate to other customers. He totally wasn't helpful! I had a very good financial condition and easily could get a much better loan but with irresponsible and unprofessional broker, I missed this chance. I am hoping this feedback can help other people not having similar experience with this company which was painful for me!

21st day which was the last day of finance. During that period he was very slow on replying on my emails and was always not available when I try call him. He gave me a call on the last day of finance asking for an extension without giving an apology or a proper reason to why we need it extended. I sent an email stating how disappointed I was on his services and was no longer going with the company, I did not even get a reply. I am hoping that this will be addressed by the management as the experience that he gave us knowing that we are first home buyers was frustrating.

Reliable and would recommend! – I am a first home Buyer who is looking to get into the market. wanted to buy meant that we needed to borrow a lot of money - like $600K+. Although we could service the loan, trying to get the loan was becoming nigh impossible. My wife and I were then recommended to speak with Ruan Burger from Time Home Loans - and in stepped Mr Fix It.

Not only was Ruan and his team (Lisa Venn in our case - absolutely wonderful) able to secure us a loan, it was at one of the best rates possible (undercutting the ANZ nicely). Throughout the whole process, their responses, professionalism and understanding were second to none. We didn't pay them a cent (as they get paid via the banks, etc), but for service we received, I would have been happy to pay a premium.

Last year we contacted Ruan and his team again to refinance our mortgage into a fixed term interest package, and again, we were not disappointed one bit. We got the best out of the market without having to lift a finger. We are where we are (enjoying our dream home) primarily because Ruan and his team. If anyone can do it, these guys will!
