on my last one — which I hated due to poor water behaviour and how stubborn bird droppings were to remove. I also wanted PPF on my sunroof, and Daniel made the entire process feel effortless. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave me complete confidence in him and his team.

Trusting someone with my car isn’t easy — especially when it’s taken a long time to save for — but I felt 100% comfortable leaving it in their hands.

On the day, Byron organised the window tint and took the time to properly explain all the colour and shade options. There was zero rushing and no pressure — just honest advice to get exactly the result I wanted. The final look is absolutely incredible. Byron was very easy going and could explain everything clearly and perfectly!

And Chloe… what a superstar ⭐️ She is an absolute weapon in the best way. So knowledgeable, so easy to deal with, and explains everything perfectly. She genuinely knows her stuff inside and out and makes the whole experience seamless.

Fairly reasonable service time and outcome at the Thornleigh store. They claimed not to have broken the right side speaker clip adjacent to the window, but this claim isn't reasonable as the speaker casing was never loose before. They left the broken clip on the car floor and when asked about it, claimed it was broken before within the casing. Go figure. I would have like some honesty!
