Unethical practices - suspected fraudulent operation Order is not delivered after 7 weeks of purchase. The company claimed the package is at local post office even though they send it by a third-party service. After enquiring multiple times, they said it is still in transit and no tracking or ETA provided. Either the package is lost or there is problem with order processed itself. On the first instance I requested for order cancellation within 20 minutes after placing the order incorrectly and they did not honor that. They mentioned something about a process to deliver orders fast so they can't cancel. And now the order is not being delivered at all.

After stating the package is still in transit, 'how did it go?' post deliver review email is received. The company denies processing refund on any occasion.
